Thanks Tristan. I think a few days off any running but keeping moving around sorts me out so I was ready for a run. Maybe should've gone easier but feeling OK today!
Yep I also did a parkrun yesterday after completing the Brighton Marathon last week. It was my first parkrun and I rather enjoyed it. Mine had a bloody great hill too lol
Not sure about smashing it lol. I only very recently started running ( in January) and, as you know, I completed the Brighton Marathon at record slow time. Already signed up for next year ... reckon I can work towards a PB right? 😅
I'm just here for Dale's jokes 😅 bloody L. Nice gentle jog there chaps 👍🏻🏃♂️
Good old Dale. Of course, I didn't have to keep up with him did I? Well, I suppose I did
I spoke to someone yesterday who did Brighton marathon. I asked if he saw you. He said "no". True story.
You couldn't make it up could you. Tragic.
I did a parkrun yesterday after the Brighton marathon last week. Felt good but probably means I didn’t try hard enough at the marathon!
haha maybe?! I know I couldn't have done any better last week for sure. Good on you for getting back out
Well done Rich and Dale!
Thanks again my friend
Well done for getting running again after the marathon.

Ah Alison! So that's a lot of significant firsts for you recently isn't it! You appear to be smashing it
