It’s been 3 weeks now and they haven’t responded to this query with a fix. They can enable it with coding but why they are not doing it?. It’s something they have advertised and all folks paid for it. And Reg 360 camera. I feel it’s not something for people who travel the same roads. But imagine you are exploring new roads and lot many are not wide enough. It will be difficult to travel especially at night as you may need ur co passenger to help with corners. It also is something that “really matters”. They shld have given it as an accessory atleast!😢

Hi Paaji, I just watched your review of the Škoda Kushaq, and I'd like to share some thoughts. First and foremost, I want to express my respect for you and your channel. I've learned a great deal from your content, and I value the knowledge you share. However, I believe that this particular video falls short of the high standards you've set in the past. It's evident that the owner's decision to switch from a Kia Sonet to the Kushaq was influenced by personal preferences. However, the owner's immaturity and inexperience might have played a more significant role in shaping their opinion than the actual performance of the cars. I also appreciate your support for Škoda and VW due to their build quality, but it's essential to maintain a balanced perspective. Every car brand has its strengths and weaknesses, and it's fair to acknowledge both sides. Lastly, I'd like to encourage you to maintain a mature and respectful tone when responding to comments, even when facing criticism. Fostering a positive and constructive automotive community can contribute to the continued success of your channel. I hope you'll consider these points for future videos, and I look forward to more insightful content from your channel.
I thoroughly respect your opinion & do agree that I got carried away both in the video & in the comments section. I will be extremely careful in the future. Thanks for your wise opinion as a well wisher.
Sir bacha liya apni aaj. I drive Kuhaq 1.0 AT and was thinking of buying of a second car as Sonet Diesel for mileage. But thanks to this video my choice would have been wrong. Even 1.5 Diesel sonet is so weak I never imagined. I am cancelling this purchase and will look at some other car like Honda Elevate CVT .
This guy is talking rubbish, Kia 1.5 D engine is not underpowered. I have Seltos 1.5 D , it never felt underpowered to me, although everyone knows that Kia and Hyundai India cars have inferior safety. I also own a Skoda Slavia.
Bias is always there. But Indian customers are well informed, they know what is good for them. Buy a Toyota hybrid for mileage of 25, reliability. Buy VW for safety and performance. Tata for safety. Korean for mixture of all Road presence, fuel economy, perfomance, maximum features good service but with average safety.

And one more thing Thanks for making such a wonderful content. 👏🏼👏🏼

Paaji abhi main Verna rent par lekar bandipur and waynad ki trip par gaya from Bangalore and Hyundai ka engine toh bohot shai laga but braking mein kai bar ek ajeeb si ghadghad aawaz and vibration feel hue on hard braking which was really strange. Also gravel terrain mein braking karne par ajeeb peform kar rhi thi not sure what was wrong.I never had such experience with Nexon(my father's car).
There is no problem with brakes in Korean cars in fact, I find my Hyundai Alcazar breaks much better than my VW Polo as it stops the car in gradual manner instead of suddenly stopping it and impacting a jerk to all the passengers.
@sunderdeepji I recently installed a 70mai dashcam in my Kushaq. To avoid warranty issues and because I don't need parking assistance, I used the 12v charging socket for power. However, I've noticed that the socket continues to provide power even with the ignition off, potentially draining the battery. I'm considering connecting the dashcam's USB power cable to the Type-C port using an OTG cable as a solution. How much power does the Type-C port provide, and is this a safe option?
I had same issue. Dont use otg cable as it may overheat and damage cars usb ports. Instead just plugin 12 v lighter when driving and remove when not in use at time of parking
I had previously used HARRIER AT and it was a beast in terms of power delivery and road presence. Now when i took test drive of Kushaq or Taigun only these two cars felt planted and sharp but only concern is rear seat apace and boot space Confused what to do? Can you please suggest Considering 1.5 DSG Kia Seltos Honda Elevate cannot match the driving dynamics and overall feel of these VAG cars What about its resale value after 5 years that's yet another concern with these germans

Sir, I am planning to buy a car. And at this moment I am confused between Honda Elevate V model or Skoda Kushaq 1.5l Ambition…which car to buy ? Please give me your valuable suggestion. Thank you.
Pick any, both are kinda winners in their own ways. Kushaq has an edge in the performance with beast turbo engine & safety ratings, Honda has an edge of reliability & cheaper after sales service / ownership.
Sir the Honda elevate VX MT on road price is around 15.8lac whereas Skoda Kushaq 1.5l Ambition MTthey are offering a 1.5lac discount and inroad is coming around 15.2lac ( road tax for 5yrs only but can increase to 15yrs for which an extra rs.70k will be add on). I am not sure if it’s E10/20 they are offering. So it’s very good offer I was thinking but considering Honda elevate it’s also very good… Really confused!!
Sunder....Actually I have doubt that SKODA could take exit in future...one time I experienced it with ford....also prices are too high...in 22 lakh harrier is better option
Skoda VW invested 8000 cr in 2019, exporting 60,000 cars successfully & selling 60-80K here. They are smart, they aren’t investing in the second factory like Ford.
@SunderdeepSingh yes its true..what is your opinion on harrier...in same price of Skoda top model vs features? Actually I know diesel future is doubtful and 1.5 TSI are giving more milage than any other car...but features are very less ...like ADAS....any kushaq facelift will come

It’s been 3 weeks now and they haven’t responded to this query with a fix. They can enable it with coding but why they are not doing it?. It’s something they have advertised and all folks paid for it.
And
Reg 360 camera. I feel it’s not something for people who travel the same roads. But imagine you are exploring new roads and lot many are not wide enough. It will be difficult to travel especially at night as you may need ur co passenger to help with corners. It also is something that “really matters”. They shld have given it as an accessory atleast!😢
Sir Hill hold assist gets activated for elevation beyond 15 degrees. Have you confirmed this ???
@@amanmalhotra5090 hello sir, yes according to them it’s only for AT but people are enabling it with coding for ambition and style MT. Why should we need to void the warranty if it’s something that SKODA India should be enabling . We tried in all angles but it was not working for my ambition MT. Dropped an email and asked the same in twitter . Yet to get a response .
Sir I have kushaq 1.5 MT style. Hill hold is activated in mine and it comes as a factory setting, irrespective of whther you have AT or MT. It is not something which an automated factory could miss in a car.
Was considering kushaq, but after 2 test drives hoping for any drive with effective cooling, the Ineffective AC forced me to stay away from kushaq.
Wow, the car front reminds of karoq😍
Sir, kushaq is the one car that fulfills all my needs and I'm very much fond of its driving dynamics and performance...but the main problem is my house is 160kms away from the skoda service centre.. Should I buy kushaq or skip it and go for other companies? 7:54
Bhai carbon steel color lena sahi rhega ya any other color..apko 2nd time chance mile toh kaunsa color pick kroge. Pls honestly batana..coz sab bolte h ki carbon steel me bina coting ka scratches show hone lagte h...
Sir , Citroen C5 Air cross ki review v karen, we are impressed with the VW buy listining your discussion about technicality , Sir we are thankful to you if you put light on other brand , that could be an option other than VW.
Hi Paaji,
I just watched your review of the Škoda Kushaq, and I'd like to share some thoughts.
All I want to say is - " Respect all cars"
Why I should respect all cars? Are you also planning to build cars like espresso or wagonR.

Elevate 1.5 NA is surely great
Indian customer need true 5 seater, hope it get resolved in newer facelift.
This guy is talking rubbish, Kia 1.5 D engine is not underpowered. I have Seltos 1.5 D , it never felt underpowered to me, although everyone knows that Kia and Hyundai India cars have inferior safety. I also own a Skoda Slavia.
1.5D is a gem of a gem
@@jshaan75 definitely true
Bias is always there.
But Indian customers are well informed, they know what is good for them.
Buy a Toyota hybrid for mileage of 25, reliability.
Buy VW for safety and performance.
Tata for safety.
Korean for mixture of all Road presence, fuel economy, perfomance, maximum features good service but with average safety.
Not everyone is this informed

7:35 😂😂😂😂 with that Gujju accent sounds really funny and perfectly trolling Korean cars
Paji...Meri first car vw or skoda hi hogi surely...!!
Paaji great video recently I have also buy Kushaq 1.5DSG Ambition Model. After watching your videos.
Can you please make video with Manish Ji regarding DSG VS DCT. In one video you have mention though they look same but still different so can make a video on this. So that user can understand whats the different they have. As everyone is saying DSG & DCT are same.
But ek video main aap or Munish Ji ne bola tha ki DCT reverse engineering karke korean ne bana di hai but DSG is different toh can make this video.
And one more thing Thanks for making such a wonderful content. 👏🏼👏🏼
Hi Sudardeep ji. I watched this video completely. But couple of questions I was expecting you to ask were like.. milage, AC performance. But it was missing completely. I also noticed that you don't reply viewer's queries (On a lighter note).
Still.. I'm planning to buy Slavia 1.5 DSG. Could you please respond to my queries... Milage in city/highways.. AC performance etc..
Happy to see that Paaji is growing in numbers day by day ..I had already mentioned that he is underrated gem & now he is gaining subscribers with really good quality of informative videos ..All the best Paaji ..Ganpati Bappa Moraya 🙂

I am planning to buy 1.5 Manual. Could you help me with feedback : How is ac performance in hot summers, cabin noise and vibrations?
Paji, Should we consider buying a DSG gearbox for hills?
Is there any plans from VW/Skoda to add 6 airbags as standard?
Yes, Dec 23
What you say about tiguan and kodiaq water wading capacity?? And it is safe in monsoon or just like bmw and other German cars it's not used in monsoon bcz of air intake is low in cars??
❤ Lovely interview 😂 and thanks for sharing this with owner. The fake performance of kia distressed mind of owner 😂😮 . What can I say ? 😅 Nothing to worry about VW group ❤. Just pray for Indian mind costumer care. 😂. Wishing best luck for people who will be enjoying this kind of vehicles ❤.

Hi, can you please tell if any plans for 360 degree camera in upcoming models. Also how dsg gearbox long term reliability ?
Expecting it in Apr 2024 and gearbox DQ200 is largely reliable now becaus of the soft limiters and better underbody gaskets.
@@SunderdeepSingh thanks a lot for response. I shall wait till they announce 360 degree camera.
Dear Sunderdeep Ji...How can assign task to one unassigned button on steering wheel
Yeh thoda zada ho gaya , that Hyundai diesel engine is a gem , safety was a concern in Korean brands , don’t question their engine
Now when i took test drive of Kushaq or Taigun only these two cars felt planted and sharp but only concern is rear seat apace and boot space
Confused what to do? Can you please suggest
Considering 1.5 DSG
Kia Seltos
Honda Elevate cannot match the driving dynamics and overall feel of these VAG cars
What about its resale value after 5 years that's yet another concern with these germans
If you want good resale value and head-to-head luxuries and competition as Kushaq, go for Elevate, I am a 1.5DSG owner , although kushaq is on some another level but , elevate would be an wise choice , in terms of size and road presence too
Sunder paaji mai kushaq ambition 1.5 mt lene ki plan kar raha hoon... Bas ek bat pata karni hai ki jaise ambition model mein ovrm electrically foldable nahi aate hai toh kya hum after market ya agency se hi inko electrically foldable kara sakte hai?? Please reply 🙏
Love your videos paji, just curious, is it okay to own 1.5dsg kushaq for a city like Bengaluru, where everytime there is a peak traffic stituation,
No Brother, it is not wise to purchase such engine with DCT gearbox for a City like Bengaluru
Great
Idk why we call this a " mid size" SUV. In USA, an Audi Q7 is labelled a mid size SUV. This segment Suvs are ideally compact SUVs tbh. But still, Kushaq is a good car
Do you live in the US?
Sir am planning on buying VIRTUS/Slavia 1.0L, can i keep it for 5-6 years what if VWG goes out of india like ford in future and suggest me a virtus or slavia which one to buy 1.0L
Was poor performance of sonet because it was in breakin period?
Did you ever try seltos IVT? I did not see any issue on Hill. The problem for VW and Skoda owner, Creta/Seltos ki burayi kare bina Kushaq/Taigun ki achayi nahi kar pate.....VW/Skoda price to comparitive kar de unki sell be badh jayigi

I am tied up between the decision to buy Kia sonet 1.5 Diesel AT, seltos 1.5 diesel AT and Skoda Kushaq 1.5 DSG AT.
Currently driving ford ecosport 1.5 Diesel for 1.3 lakh kms ( but engine is still young). I am not selling away ecosport but trying to go for second car with AT for all my family members to drive easily.
Can you please suggest me between seltos, kushaq and sonet
Hi, I see Seltos 1.5 D & Kushaq 1.5 AT as fine options with different strengths. Mileage / Fuel Efficiency & Features - Seltos
Driving dynamics, safety & performance - Kushaq
Sir, I am planning to buy a car. And at this moment I am confused between Honda Elevate V model or Skoda Kushaq 1.5l Ambition…which car to buy ? Please give me your valuable suggestion. Thank you.
Pick any, both are kinda winners in their own ways. Kushaq has an edge in the performance with beast turbo engine & safety ratings, Honda has an edge of reliability & cheaper after sales service / ownership.
@@SunderdeepSingh thank you so much sir!
So it’s very good offer I was thinking but considering Honda elevate it’s also very good…
Really confused!!

There are no such niggles now, they are fixed last year itself with updates
I have noticed sharp sound in Skoda Kushaq and slavia while opening and closing the window panes while not so in other brand cars. Is this okay as it sounds irritating in such high profile costly brands.
Please get it checked, something might be loose. VAG doors doesn’t make such a sound.
