    Ingredients:
    Cooked sushi rice
    Fillings of your choice (e.g., pickled plum, grilled salmon, seasoned seaweed)
    Nori seaweed sheets (optional)
    Salt (for seasoning hands)
    Instructions:
    Season your hands lightly with salt to prevent sticking.
    Take a handful of cooked sushi rice and flatten it in your palm.
    Place a small amount of filling in the center of the rice and shape it into a ball or triangle, pressing firmly to compact the rice.
    If using nori, wrap the onigiri with a strip of nori seaweed.
    Repeat with the remaining rice and filling to make additional onigiri.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
