eldonthian i got a question, is this everything that is on the cds that you upload or is there more to it? because i would like to know what bill says in the packet he gives to the judge saying that bill is number 1 and the judge is number 2. i have been studying his work plus many others the last few yrs, needless to say i got a letter from the irs last week wanting me to file for 2006, and i would like to tell them where to go .
There is a few other CD'S about IRS, that I have not uploaded. I suppose I will do that today.. It has been on my mine the past couple of days.. as far as Plaintiff #1 and Magistrate #2, that is accomplished in the first paragraph of your Action... I ( insert your name ) one of the people of the ( state of/United States of ) and in this Court of Record, do complain of ....... It is the decree that you are one of the people, and that the court being moved is a court of record.. this along with the Law of the Case in which a court of record is laid out, the hierarchy of sovereignty stemming from the people as its source is outlined, is where things are brought together.. Don't forget to look at bill's examples, up on his site 1215.org.. ALSO.. Eldonthian McAllister thank you eldonthian that is very helpful, as i got to work all on my own ,because i live out in the boonies and only have a few friends and i live in pa. and do not know anyone that even knows nothing i am talking about,they think i come from another planet ,so i decided to keep my mouth shut so what friends i do have i can keep, would like to find other ppl that lllive very close to me but cannot find anybody. thanks again ralph rosporski.

This is fundamentally the same across all western nations correct? All magna carta based countries? I am UK based, I assume certain words may need to be tweaked but these same basic principles apply?

I think you made a mistake when you said United State of America is the district of Columbia. Because United States is the district of Columbia. That's why they ask you if you are a U.S. Citizen( United States Citizen.)? Right?

He does not the people? There's a reason why WE THE PEOPLE is capitalized in the preamble. It is referring to a specific people. The Free masonic men who wrote it.
While sitting in a zoning board meeting in Dec 2017, facing fines and the removal of my goats from my inherited farmland, undeveloped woods and field, which goats I have kept for 11 years, the Lord saturated me with his Spirit and assured me very strongly, "Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty." I felt so free and happy, and very disconnected from the proceedings and the comments. I was talked into petitioning for a variance, so that was happening with my lawyer. But I could see that the board is not free. I went home, (they tabled it for a month) and returned the next month. They suggested I postpone the vote because it was not a full board and I may lose the vote. I did. That is when I began to wonder, how can I communicate with these greedy but nice people when I do not agree with anything they are doing? I know they are heartless, they will deny my variance, and I have this fabulous realization that I have liberty to live my life. I have so much to learn and I think this is a way of legally understanding my glorious liberty in legal terms. I have to meet the board again, and I don't even know how to understand the zoning board meeting itself, because it is not court....I know I must stand up to these criminal nice people. There are people who are smiling with me and seem interested in helping me, but I don't even want to sign an agreement with this board, or agree to a conditional allowance. I felt that from the Lord also. I am sure to get myself in trouble.

@ 1:25:30 now your saying a jury of piers. this makes no sense to me because the jury now of day is not sovereign. they are citizens. how does this work and how does it not work?
Bill is talking about how our systems of jurisprudence are meant to function, and the genius of a republic. Agreed that the juries now a days are populated with ignorance and not true peers ( part of the nobility and soverigns ) however the concept is still true. and you can argue, the jurors are not true peers. There is a story about a man who did this, and becasue every juror said he/she was a US citizen, or a person, that they were not his peers. The judge ordered the Sheriff to "Go find some peers" and was not able to, the case was dismissed.. ? true? I do not know for fact. Besides, if up against the wall, its your job to educate the jury of its function and capabilities, and to demand to proceed according to the common law.

During jury selection, they ask potential jurors a series of questions to determine whether they will judge the facts or whether they will judge both the facts and the law. The ones who they think will judge both the facts and the law based on their answers, will usually get bounced. They typically want sheep who won't think critically, who will follow the instructions of the judge without questioning things.
