It would be justifiable and equitable if at the appeal stage the opposite party, if a company/organisation is asked by the appeal authority or the high court ask them to deposit the reward/reimbursement amount in court.
The company/organisation debits their accounts to fight the case but for an individual or common man he has to dig out from his own pocket.
This is a one sided fight.
When the amount is asked to deposit in court it will make a dent in the company/organisation accounts and they will think twice before going in appeal and using delay tactics.
Very well reported. Still one can fight with builders and corporations but where state is involved that’s a huge challenge. Schemes like Narada Sharada floated by bogus companies in West Bengal supported by govt of West Bengal.. people still waiting for justice
