Paul I've been really blessed by your videos. The example you set is one for all worship leaders to emulate...As the deer pants for the water my soul thirsts for information about leading God's people into worship on Sunday mornings...These videos have been a great inspiration for me. A source of information that is invaluable...I am binge watching every one of them ...The biggest leap forward for me happened when I was working in an addictions ministry in the 1990's and discovered that prayer was a two way thing. In other words I learned to NOT bring a laundry list of wants and needs to God but to ask God what He would have me pray about and then shut up and listen...Just wait for Him to bring people and things to my mind. That revolutionized my prayer life and I've never asked for things for myself since. He has not brought a single need of mine to my mind? But He always brings my pastor or his family or others who are sick or have needs into my mind? Now I hear His thundering voice like the whispers of a dove...That's where all my songs come from...That sill small voice...God Bless You & Rita. Peace out...Kelly Joe
