    Good module! But do you have automatic notifications when a supporter replies, or when someone who created a support ticket asks a question to the supporter?

    So this means the customer support agent should manually look for the issues and update them when the customer replies? Is there a way to automatically return the issue status from replied to open and from open to replied?

      No. For that you will have to use Frappe
