I got lucky-I only bought 5 Old Spice and they sent me a BS message about receipt not legible. I resubmitted a photo of my receipt and pictures of the product. I wasn’t awarded nothing and nothing was taken away. I did cash out, leave a one star review and deleted the account and app. I’m not going to deal with shady in this new year.
I'd return them too if you don't need them!! That sucks i won't be using the app either 😕

The conversion is if you were to cash out for a Walmart giftcard, that's how much it actually comes out to. Points ÷ 1250=$amount earned. I'm not sure if there are other conversions for other stores, I mainly cash out for CVS or Walmart. I hope this helps!! 😊

I Bean, I did the Old Spice deal I bought 15,5 sprays 10 deodorant, And it did take about 4 days to get my points. I got 2 $50 Walmart gift cards. I ended up using them the day after Christmas, they worked fine. I did have 8200 points left that SK took and gave me 5000 in return. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones . I think if I hadn't used them when I did they wouldn't have worked ❤
