"The hurdler's goal is to win the race, but the objective is to get over the hurdle." - such strong analogy. Thanks, sir.

      HELLO, EVERYONE!
The hurdler's goal is to be a member of the run and to reach the run's end successfully in whatever time is appropriate looking at the hurdler's strength and physical and intellectual health and well-being.
The hurdler's objective is better health and a positive view of exercise.

Lovely Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Peytonivon Abs Takeover (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one off product for mastering life with this simple goal setting technique without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my coo-worker at very last got excellent success with it.

Mr. Cline expertly explains the constructs and processes involved in creating effective learning objectives & provides examples of effective and ineffective ones all under 10 minutes. Remarkable!

    1. From the course , I hope that:
    - I can know how to design a lesson plan.
    - I can get better understanding about the way to teach English successfully.
-I also hope to be more confident and patient in class.
-I expect to learn how to well manage the class and activities in class.
    2. To my mind, I hope the instructor will pay more attention on individuals (not groups which have been done for a long time). It is time for individual work and something new. I think so.
    3. In my opinion, the first class (Lesson Planning) is a significant format for us to learn and use in our future job.
    4. Discuss
    5. SMART: S means specific; M means measurable; A means attainable; R means relevant; T means timing.

Marzano disagrees on the word understand. Why is this not measurable? I understand two results of WWI, I understand three results of WWI, and I understand four results of WWI are all differentiated outcomes for a lesson on WWI in which some kids will get 2, others 3 and some four. This is measurable. Also, Andy Johnson says that learning is a cognitive endeavor and behavioral objectives limit learning. If I write-I will complete a graphic organizer with two causes of WW2. Am I not limiting students to knowing only two causes? Why not allow some to know two, while others can go beyond and understand 3 and 4 causes?

Plus kids know they are supposed to know the objective by the end of the day. That is why they are there. You need not write it. You assess the goal at the end and you measure their success.

Given the instructor's authoritarian voice and dictatorial style, I see little value in this video. The whole presentation seems to be an act of microaggression.
