I’d like to see it stopped on a sideways slope such as an on/off ramp in stop n go traffic. How does it handle? Will it stay upright?

yes it will, and it level itself on uneven surface

@peterpanimg I could get it done BUT, I'd have to ship the bike to the USA and pay fees and taxes. And the CDN vs the USD is crap right now, so in my opinion it's not worth it
