ABRSM Piano Performance Grade 8- Jovienne Jiuyu Lu, passed at the age of 5 - Live recording 2024

Jovienne Jiuyu Lu passed ABRSM Piano Performance Grade 8 at the age of 5 in 2024 under the tutelage of pianist Sylvia Ng. Believed to be one of the youngest, she also passed Piano Performance Grade 3 at the age of 3 (2022). At the age of 4, she passed both ABRSM Music Theory Grade 4 with Distinction and Grade 5 with Distinction (2023).
Jovienne has won many awards and prizes. She
received Silver prize of piano live competition under Children Category A in the 4th Singapore Golden Lion Awards International Music Arts Festival. Received Silver award and a special prize in excellent interpretation in Global Genius Music Competition, Winter Season, 2022-23 and Gold award at Louansyl Pianoforte Festival.
Third prize in Category I in the 2022 Glory International Piano Competition Online, 2nd Edition (New York, United States). Third prize (Piano) in the Nouvelles Etoiles International Online Music Competition 7th Edition. First Prize and Expressive Performance Special Prize. UK International Music Competition Online 2024. First Prize and Exceptional Young Talent Special Prize Winner in the 2024 International Music Competition "Vienna" Grand Prize Virtuoso, and was invited to perform in Vienna. She has performed in Vienna and has been performing regularly in Singapore as well.
