Man! I just found out this channel and really helps me too much to understand 5rh axis on mastercam. If you may explain more at beginning of how to set up it on machine as possible it will be the best. I always set up model on top plane when i program 3 axis only because it is easy for me understand because mill machine taking top plane as you know it. Thank you Sir
Absolutely, I try to explain more in my classes. But, we are importing models from SolidWorks so the planes are always reverse because of the default projection plane in each software.
@@artofthepart wish you have a courses of true 4th 5th axis online I will be happy to join in. I am a shop programmer that just 5yrs on some 3d on 3 axis and most using dynamic 2d only, very simple I am. I would love to learn more on mastercam into deeper. Thank you
Many thanks for this video:) but please make the postprocessing... There is Interesting to see how mastercam makes cycle 800 in G-code. Also very interested to see and understand begining and ending of each operation - how it looks in G-code.
Sadly, I don't edit our post processors. I would recommend talking to your MasterCam reseller as they make any changes as part of your maintenance fee. However, I know our post processor will export a 39 Code for cycle 800 and then a sequence of numbers that sync up to our swivel rotation page in the Siemens 840D controller.
Every time watch your clip I saved them all because they're valuable to my career
That's so great to hear! Hope they continue to help, more videos soon!
