Hi Brian and Cole, Terry & I just wanted to wish Brian a Happy 60th Birthday. Hope you have a great birthday and that you get spoiled. We only turn 60 once in our lifetime, it’s a big one to celebrate. Your. Canadian fans Brenda & Terry Hull.
learned all i need to know about your Dad from the Pink Floyd quote - the song Comfortable Numb, "when i was a child, i had a fever....my hands felt like two ballons!" .....your father is a good man.
Hey Brian, I caught that line from the Pink Floyd song Comfortably numb. When I was a child I had a fever, my hands felt just like two balloons. Great song.
Hi Brian, the story I always heard was "thank god my mouth was open or that sh!t would have gotten all over my face!". Thank you to uncle Jeff for being in the video!
So funny! Brian’s startled and exasperated sound when he got splattered!!! Jeff guarding Brian. That poky needle. And the truck crapping out! Some days you just gotta laugh.
I’ve had the very same thing happen to me but seeing Brian walking out of the trailer covered in poo was the funniest thing I’ve seen for awhile. Got some belly laughs at Brian’s expense
at 4:54 I was thinking, "Dang, Brian is absolutely fearless and strong." at 10:19 the "dohhh!!" from inside the trailer followed by the visual was more than I could take. Still laughing. Good thing Brian wore the same jeans. At least you two have your humor to keep you sane when waiting on the truck. Great video. Really funny throughout and a pure slice of what working cattle is like.
Cole on the next few times Pop ‘s goes into the cattle trailer to help the cattle out, slap a GoPro looking inside the trailer. I know there is more comedy gold with Daddy on the inside! :-P
OK - this episode made me laugh out loud more than once. Great episode - sorry you were having so much trouble - but just think of all the entertainment it gave your viewers. 😃
Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed this vid. We laughed until we cried.🤣 Why is it that when you have a load of cattle on, something goes wrong? We've hit a deer and had a flat when hauling cattle..🤔 Best wishes for a good summer from hubby and I down here in northeast Kansas.
Brian, well some days are like that. Sorry it was your day. Kinda reminds me of the Easter Sunday my cousin got deposited on. Brian her's was way worse. Thank you guys for all you do and God bless.
So nice to see those plush green fields! Isn't it crazy how you lurch forward like that thinking it might just work! Lol Your dad should've just danced the storm in the grass!
Laughing out loud at 3 am in the morning, is not a good thing but i so had fun and laughter watching your video. Brian and the cow in the trailer, was the best i have seen in a while. Keep up the good and sometimes dirty work. Well done to you all.
Last comment from Brain was absolute gold! Lol down here in South Alabama we haven't worn hoodies for 3 months. Great vid love the different styles of farming from around our great country.
As Cole was spraying the cattle, and Brian was driving them through, I almost expected Cole to spray Brian!! Almost! And the shart from that calf I had to laugh and gag at the same time. Great luck having a closed mouth at that time. Really enjoy watching you guys work together. Great team. Thanks for allowing me to share your crappy day, from a safe distance!!
Never have l ever laughed so hard and had sympathy for Dad all at the same time, nothing you can do at that point but to just laugh. Glad to see everything so green for you all. Still chuckling great job on the script, cant imagine how rehearsal went 😉😉🤣🤣🤣
LMAO - sorry Brian, but I literally laughed out loud - then again when you said that calf probably told his friends about what he did to you. Guess it's a good thing you didn't have clean jeans on after all. There's a lot of wisdom in that there brain of yers. Good to see Jeff is feeling better.
That’s just a shitty situation!!! The way you guys handle problems is just pure comedy!! We can all take a lesson from this!! Have fun even in bad times 🙌🙌❤️
Ah, yes the good old days of going to school......for 6 yrs I walked. 3/4 mile to a one room country school, it was uphill both ways, and the wind was always in my face! Thanks guys, for the memories, and the wonderful content of your posts! Ron
This video was one of the funniest ever!🏆 I appreciate your humor on the not so good days. I figured that one cow was gonna be freezer meat by the end of the day. 🤣😉
I know I shouldn't because it's gonna happen to me but I HAVE LAUGHED really big at this video! It's fabulous, typlical and spot on! Brian's face! Y'alls attitudes! Just fabulous! Thank you for showing your real!
I don’t think I laughed that hard at a video in a while. It took me out when Brian said “I can just go I don’t need to pull my pants down or anything nahh I can just go.” Love the vids btw shoutout from Atlanta 👋.
Really nice to see Jeff doing work on camera. Lmfao on Cole saying the truck couldn't pull Brian through the grass. But if Brian would have been thinking fast enough. It would have been a good time for a Father / son hug after the calf poo on Brian. Cole couldn't turn done a hug from his father. Lol. 2 likes on this video. Hello Jeff.
You can tell a lot about a person’s character by how they handle adversity. The Two of you Managed to make jokes And laugh throughout the day as one bad issue and problem happened and a lot of people would’ve just lost it about by noon. But not you two!!😄😄 I really love your channel not only for the positivity but the rapport between father and son
Sorry Brian, I busted out laughing when you were standing in the back of the trailer and were all decked out with cow poo. I do believe you son had a hard time not laughing also.
Well what can I say? The look on Brian's face when he came out of the trailer covered in stank, hilarious. Remember your own words Brian...danger don't take a day off. So I'm reckoning that a certain unruly cow has earned herself a one way ticket into town, If I know the Sonne's they aint puttin up with that skullduggery.
Wetting myself “I went up front ….. and hooked a rope to Geoff”I said in the q&a stand up or sit down you guys are on fire , years ago sold my restaurant went share farming my 1st trip to town for supplies on return car over heated started walking 10 kms dirt road , sky’s opened up , under a tree galahs screeching with joy & crapped all over me returned with reinforcements to fetch car and grocery ice cream RIP, all in a day of Aussie farming 👍❤️❤️❤️🙏
Great video. That last calf just wanted to leave Brian a token of appreciation. :) Song of the day. Splattered by the Rolling Stones. Oops, I meant Shattered. :)
Nice job Brian, kept the trailer from getting any dirtier! I was working some calves last week and got some flung right in my mouth! That wasn't cool. Pretty sure that nice cow at the beginning needs to find a new home!
I would say your dad definitely kept a great attitude with the truck acting up and poo 💩 being flung at him if that was me I'd probably be cursing up a storm
What a riot you two can be!! Lots of laughing moments for sure. Getting the cattle to the pasture and puttering your way back home, well, you DID make it!! Rodeo on!😃
Hey Cole, the atv reminded me. It's pricy but suspension is 10/10 buy a can am 500 not the renegade but the one with racks. If you use racks much. 70 mph I feel like that's enough speed for cattle. Will be more smooth in woods like that too and with good tires. Mud won't be an issue (with a 1,500 pound trailer on the back and 900 pounds of traps.) Also its my father's four wheeler actually and its an 06. I use it today with over 2,000 hours on the motor. Only issues has been in the past 2 years and it's heating. Even over heating 2006 model so we got it in 2005.... if you knew the work I a lone have used it. Shocks and motor is 10/10
Well I know this was a tough day for you guys but I thank you for sharing it with us all!! Because, you sure did not have to! Brian you’re a good sport about things. There’s a lot of people that would’ve just stripped down after what happened to you and that cattle trailer… I know I would’ve… That’s two days in a row that’s happened to you so my advice is bring an extra change of clothes with you from now on. I felt bad for you guys heaven to be down with your truck for 3 1/2 hours… At least it was a semi-cool day…. Pretty frustrating when you were so close to the gate well you could’ve let the cattle out. You guys are good sports and I can tell you love working together. A lot of us get some good laughs all your videos but I wasn’t laughing today because I knew you were not having any fun!! Praying for a better day and a better week😊♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ thank you for great videos❣️
Thanks for another great video Cole ang Brian and Jeff also. Fun video today. Wow. Lots of work getting everyone sorted and such. My compliments to all of you for the way you sort the herd and make it look easy. You all got the touch to get it done. Brian, sorry about that mess that came your way. Been there done that before myself. Appreciate the way you handled it and just pressed on. Way to go. Your pickup is having problems for sure. Might be a fuel pump or something along that line. Tough to get things done when equipment brakes down. Jeff was at hand to give you the pull-ya!!!!! Moving cattle is not easy but all of you made it look that way. All for now I guess. You all take care and be safe. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Another great video guys. Good to see someone else get pooed on too!! Also our chevy truck died on the road after we dropped our bull off to his pasture a couple of days ago. Had to pull the chevy & the trailer with our 2 wheel drive dodge half tonne!!
A rogue baldy cow, we have those in Australia too. We should learn to sell them as calves, avoid the danger they pose to our safety. Great videos, gives me the inspiration to keep farming.
What an onary cow, when she jumped the top wire it would be time for a sale, in my book. Yeah Cole I agree, if your dad would have had a Ford you would have made it just fine. I hate to say it, but it was a funny scene when Brian got splattered, so I probably will have it happen to me soon, just because I laughed at him, sorry Brian. Now thinking of it, I did have a calf poop all down my leg when we we working them so, maybe it won't happen to me. Loved this one, got a good laugh, thanks for that and the video. Have a great week.
Brian, I have a 23 year old F250 & wouldn't trade it for a new one. I love the sound of the turbo as I start out the drive way. Awesome ole truck. Add a quart of atf to a tank of diesel!! (my delf fuel solution)
I love that Jeff is Brian's backup with the calf crowding but I'm sorry I laughed out loud when Brian got splattered. One reason when working around animals, I have learned to keep your mouth shut. My husband always had the same dirty spot from pushing calves, better for not getting kicked.

Love all the good humor you guys have with “setbacks.”
I don't think I have laughed this much in a long time. Thanks for the evening enjoyment.
Brian is just showing us the glamorous side of the cattle business.
I didn’t know there was a glamorous side to working with cattle.
Thanks for the laughs! I had a good belly roll when Brian walked out of the trailer covered in poop!!! Love you guys 🥰
Good day Geoff good to see you keeping those had at it.
Hey Brian, I caught that line from the Pink Floyd song Comfortably numb. When I was a child I had a fever, my hands felt just like two balloons. Great song.

Great job moving the cows and calves guys
Every day you wake up not taking a dirt nap is a good day.
Never a boring day on the Sonne Farm. You guys could do vaudeville, easy. Keep up the good work.
awesome video Cole. So sorry about Mr. B's truck. Maybe it wont cost too much to have it fix. Nice seeing Jeff also. thank you guys
No matter what you guys never cease to entertain us ! THANKS ! 👍
I nearly fell off my chair when your dad got “splatted” by the last calf. You guys are so good at flat humor.

When that calf kicked that up on Brain I laughed out loud. He sounded sooo defeated. It was funny. Great content you guys I enjoy it.
Brian, color coordinated, Brown pants, with Brown Shirt. 😡 then the truck dies, Priceless! Much Love My SD Brothers, from a differant Moma.
The shots out the window at the grass as the truck slowed down had me laughing so hard

I laughed just about the entire episode! Brian was have a really poopy day!
Sorry Brian, I busted out laughing when you were standing in the back of the trailer and were all decked out with cow poo. I do believe you son had a hard time not laughing also.

Much appreciated!
Mr Brian your reference to letting go and not caring was hilarious 😆 especially now that I'm in those golden years!
Another great video!
Thanks for sharing the best years of your lives.
I would say your dad definitely kept a great attitude with the truck acting up and poo 💩 being flung at him if that was me I'd probably be cursing up a storm
Very funny video . . . you guys make a great team . . . who knew moving cattle could make such a great video. Cheers.
Brain that brought back memories of the farm, I was laughing so hard because that has happened to me many a time, it's part of the days work.
Thanks for keeping it real. From haying to pulling calves. Great content.
