I just have to say, I absolutely love the fact that all your videos are like 20+ minutes. I could watch you, your dad, and Jeff all day long. (And Elle is a sweetheart) It's refreshing to see a family working hard while also having fun! We need more of that mindset in the world these days. Keep 'em coming! Hope you're recovering quickly and with little to no pain.

Man, oh man ... farm equipment has come a very long ways since I was a kid. Well, I guess most things have. My deja vu works overtime watching you guys, even though you're doing things a scale I could have only dreamed about. We had a 10' cultivator, something called a "oneway" ( sort of a cross between a disc and a plow), and of course a seed drill. The farm was a lot smaller, of course. It was part lifestyle and part just making a living. Even though my life took a different direction (banking), my fantasies are still about farming. Keep on keeping on, gents.

Sorry but this is climate change. We are in West Wales, UK where we have had the wettest stormiest May on record. We all need to do our bit to avert this climatic disaster and that includes arable farmers growing more wide tree belts and having more permanent ground cover. Greg Judy has the right idea, we should be growing meat from grass. Makes no sense overfeeding an obese nation. However there needs to be government incentives for this to happen. They talk the talk but they don’t walk the walk, meanwhile farmers keep treading water trying to make a profit.

I wonder how much one of the tracks costs and how often you have to replace them compared to a tire. It's amazing how things change, all the technology that goes into farming now. I think within our lifetime we're going to end up with robotic tractors that you program and monitor and remote control from your house. I know nothing beats being able to feel and see the dirt in person, but imagine if you could spend an hour getting your tractor set up in the morning and then leave it to till or plant while you go do other things for a couple hours, then go back and check on your field, then leave it again to do other things.

Hello Rubber Ducky this is The Snowman here. Pull up a little tighter and make room for pigpen he's going to fall in behind. Give those smokies and bears something to think about if they get too close, 10-9 on the side. Out!
