For your cramps I would try to drink raspberry leaf tea. I do the first 3 days and it helps sooo much🥰
I love the positive vibes of your videos. I was so close to visiting NYC at one point myself. I had experience with modeling and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity. That would've been a real dream come true to visit New York. All the best!
I recommend drinking raspberry leaf tea right before and during period to help with cramps! I was having terrible cramps and have noticed a huge difference since drinking raspberry leaf tea. magnesium gel is also helpful. I rub it around my pelvic area and it eases cramps. And, sadly, limiting caffeine right before and during period. Caffeine is a cramp trigger!
