I listened to a podcast of someone who specialized in scalp care (pretty sure she was a doctor) and she said the skin on our scalp is the same on our face and it’s sooo bad to not cleanse our scalp often!!
I wish you would've worn the trenchcoat and the boots even just going to Gray stone! I find I always feel better and more excited to do things when I feel cute or when I do something I really wanna do ❤ You may not have to but it sure is fun 😊

I wash my hair everyday! I have a lot of hair, but I have FINE hair strands. I tried over and over to miss day(s) because that’s what everyone else was doing….but it just did not work. And that’s okay!! (Right????)

Yayyy! I went almost 10 years (18-27) washing my hair every other day and it never got less greasy. My mom and I were talking and she thinks my hair is best when I wash it every day so that’s what I do now! It doesn’t get dry and I LOVE the clean feeling every day.

Also random but I wash my hair everyday! I have curly hair and I need it to be wet to brush it. I live by the ocean (SD) so my hair is horribly matted if I don’t! Everyone goes days to weeks without but even my scalp isn’t it’s healthiest when I skip a couple days

Before the pain starts, wearing socks and drinking room temperature water have always helped me a lot with cramps.
Cold water makes the pain worse
in my case.
