    Rip, who can i send a pic to to help my wife. She wants to focus on an area between tri, delt, lat but waves her hand around all three so she gets mad when i say they are all different muscles. It is the inner tricep i believe and she says rope pushdowns dont do anything.

      medial head of the tricep is best targeted during bench press and overhead/lying extensions

    Exercise improves body composition, therefore Rip is not a fan of it. Training, on the other hand, makes you stronger so even if you're a Ft Fck it's all good 💯

      you're confused. Training for strength will improve your body composition. Especially if you're a fat whatevr.

      Body recomposition is a physiological adaptation to stress. If that's your goal then you should be training not exercising.
