I bought one of these. I am 57cm and this helmet is snug. I removed the tightening wheel and strap (since it was all the way open and just in the way). It does look good. Here in the U.S. we have CPSP certification, this helmet is not. I believe they market it as a "stunt helmet". The foam thickness is about 3/4 (maybe less) that of a standard helmet thereby making it look so nice. I highly recommend if you are 54-56 cm. But keep in mind that thicker foam of CPSP certified helmet serves a purpose! But for those like me that won't wear those ugly helmets, this fits the bill nicely.
I own this helmet myself and bought it because of the low weight. It is very light and the comfort is ok. Unfortunately, at a price of roughly 50 bugs the buildquality is ridiculously bad. The velcro-pieces holding the pads adswell as the adjustable headband are poorly hotglued to the inside of the helmet. When i unboxed the helmet, the inside was a mess of hotglue-strings. The headband is made from super cheap plastic and even has some sharp edges. The outer "shell" is so thin, it is barely more, than a base for the poor paintjob, which is extremely soft, thin and has all kinds of dirt-inclusions. When i tried to get some of them out, i instantly went through the paint, leaving an ugly mark. The paintjob must've been done with the helmet already assembled and without properly using masking-tape, as the inner foam and outer edges are covered in white spots and lines. If they would put just a little more effort in assembling this helmet, i'd highly recommend it. At this price-performance ratio i would not recommend buying it though. :(
Mate I brought the one with the peak and didn’t realise it came with out the padding any chance of getting the padding or point me in the rite direction plz ?????
I know it's a 3-year-old video, but is this helmet available anywhere these days? This exact matte black color one. Most shops I search in have a glossy looking helmet with a cap...
What's the biggest they come? I wear a size 8 fitted hat. Only helmet I've found that barely fits is bern xxl. But it feels tight on sides and loose front and rear.
Did they discontinue production. I can't find them being sold anywhere. Would love if you could give some insight if they still sell them or even where I can buy a pair.
Hi mate, how much protection do these helmets have? I don't skate but I snowboard but every helmet I Try on seems to look huge on my pea sized head so thought I'd check out skateboard helmets to see if they were a bit more low profile. Snowboard helmets are crazy money in comparison so it makes me think skateboard helmets are a bit crap but don't know why they would be.
Are they selling replacement inserts/liners? The foam in my triple eight helmet disintegrated within weeks and I've been making my own from foam off ebay for the past 4 years.
Shoutout to the Bees - love it!

If you purchased it in the US, where did you find it? If not, where did you order it from? Thanks.

The only reviewer who actually put on the helmet! Thank you
Excellent helmet. Lightweight, low profile, and I never think twice about wearing it.
Any idea where to get one? Seems like a myth
It’s the best helmet you’ve ever seen but you can’t remember the name, but you still want people to buy it from your store

The 2023 version are all gloss finish. The old matte ones sold out a while ago so no more of those for the foreseeable future, apologies!

They are saying 59cm... so not very big
You cant even buy the damn thing anywhere
Yes. All sold out. They will be back at some point in the coming months.
Mines wasn’t even a year old , the headband dial popped out and I couldn’t find all the pieces , very cheap and very disappointing

Can the wheel not be removed for bigger head sizes and it fit like a normal
Helmet?
In Powerslide's video on it, it looked like the wheel was absent all together. Maybe?

Any helmet recommendations for guys with absurdly narrow heads, where pretty much any helmet looks like a mushroom?
Helmets with the covered ears, I had the same problem but cos they cover more they dont look as dumb
@@RoughRangersGolf cheers man.
Get any and pop some additional padding in:) there are better way but we cheap init 😂
Ah no - I got a big head!
Why no one said that this helmet doesn't have outer plastic shell?
Is this still a great helmet to buy?
isn't it hot to use it?
Can you recommend good knee sleeve.
This helmet still on the market ? Can’t seem to find it for sale anywhere
Hiya y'all. I was wondering if the hat part is removable if I get the one with the peak and don't like it
Yes its just a padded hat that goes on the inside of the helmet
Can you do a video reviewing the fr skates fr1 80
Keir Hodder It’s on the list!
I wanna buy a pair after my birthday, but cant find any good reviews
Are they selling replacement inserts/liners? The foam in my triple eight helmet disintegrated within weeks and I've been making my own from foam off ebay for the past 4 years.
It comes with some spare. Although, they dont' look like they have the crumbly style of foam like some other helmets.
I didn't want to criticise but I'm happy to see the letterboxing gone.
There's a ton of experimenting going on here right now!
How do you know what size to get if you’ve never worn a bike helmet
Yolo it or measure yo head
circumference
Hey! When will these be back in stock on loco skate? Or is there another place to buy them?
Hey Caleb - There's a whole bunch arriving Mon/Tues.
@@LocoSkates great!!! I'll be picking one up! Thanks
@@LocoSkates do these still exist?
Jake will you have some for sale at WC?
