This is Venom he was introduced to readers in the 80s as the next big thing happening to Spider-Man in Secret Wars the first big Marvel crossover event. After the aftermath Peter Parker gained back control of himself and powers and got rid of the infamous “Black Suit” and the symbiote became Venom who was hosted by Eddie Brock. The 2007 documentary “Spider-Man 3” is a wonderful collection of footage from this time period. Thank you and god speed.
