- From 2019 to 2023 Mortal Kombat figures were produced by McFarlane Toys! Around 7" tall and found at retail for a $20, these were quite the value! Basing the figures around Mortal Kombat 11, McFarlane would have 37 total characters to choose from.
Throughout McFarlane's MK run, about 50 figures would be produced! Can you guess what was made? You can have any Mortal Kombat figure you want, as long as it's Spawn!

I love this line. It's annoying they flooded it with repaints and Spawn figures instead of actual MK figures

Great video. It’s ironic that the best Spawn figures appeared in the MK series instead of the actual Spawn line haha. The figures were pretty hit or miss for me, but there’s no denying there are some awesome ones in the line - my faves are Kitana, Noob Saibot, and Johnny Cage.
Looking forward to a Storm Collectibles video. Their MK line is currently my favorite action figure series out there nowadays!
I wish he did mk 1, 2 and 3 designs. I have no connection with the latter over designs
He really could've made so many great characters like Jax, fujin, shang tsung, god of thunder Liu Kang, Kano and Sonya but no he wanted to add the stupid spawn even tho he already has an already active spawn line...
What's worse you can't get a standard Spawn figure alone in his SPAWN line
So Mc Farlane is not making mortal kombat figures anymore??
Really enjoyed this, my dude. I bought Scorpion and Sub-Zero from the initial wave. They were really nice, but I never intended to stay on with the line. In hindsight, I think I made the right decision. I'm not a big fan of many of the outfits that were represented, and the swapping of a character's traditional colors is actually a pet peeve of mine. No, I don't want a red Sub-Zero. Ermac is red. No, I don't want a purple Scorpion. Rain is purple! lol
This is a real shame. I love the McFarlane dc figures, and I love MK, but I wish this line had one of each character instead of like 15 god damn spawns

Great video. Have collected already 8 singles and 1 double from McFarlane and 2 singles are in da way :) I have also 2 from Mezco (MKX), but they are much smaller. Greetz from Poland.
Not only is McFarlane done making MK11 action figures, but Storm Collectibles have cancelled their MK line, as well. I wonder if we'll see the Storm Collectibles chapter in the Mortal Kombat figure history?
It's frustrating to me that Hasbro (and Toy Island by extension) are the closest any company had to given us a somewhat complete roster of characters. All I want in my life is a roster of Mortal Kombatants in either 1/12 scale or 1/10 scale that are affordable.
All those spawn toys made and not one freaking Frost made ever. So frustrating

I dont get why they would make those different colour versions, they look terrible. Sub-zero should be blue, scorpion should be yellow. Even in game it bothers me to see them in other colours
MK11 Joker, IMO, is the BEST Joker from McFarlane. That's the Joker I use in my Batman collection.
Also, word of advice to collectors: Some of these figures will poke you if you don't handle them with care. lol
You're not kidding! They have sharp edges, definitely not for kids!
