You can find them easily at game stop or fye. I got all my colectibles really recently. I found kitana, subzero, Baraka at fye. Older figures are really hard to find. Like scorpion and subzero. EBay is also an easy option. Noob siabot and kabals figures also just came out so you could find them at game stop easily

These mortal kombat figures look so cool I collected them and keep them in the box as a collection I tried to find the color variants bloody variant and skin variant which is hard for me but I'll try but I found a colored kabal variant which is the red skin nice video by the way
I only managed to find Liu Kang and Shao Kahn figures at some near-forgotten toy shop in Chinatown area (Singapore). It was quite a challenge to insert the Wrath Hammer through Shao Kahn's hands, esp with his slightly sharp fingers.
