Thank you Patti for a wonderful card idea. Thank you too for tutorial....you are a great teacher! You are a blessing to all of us who love unique cards.
I've done the layered stamping in the past but have never made this type of card with DSP. Looks like I have a new project ! Thanks 🙂 Expecting rain today so a good day to stay indoors and play.
Hi Diana, I love cardinals, they usually stay in pairs and the male is the dark red but I like the females better, they are more orange and brown, so pretty!
Thank you so much for this layout! I had or have a template of the layers card but I can't find it. I wanted something different and elegant for my church shut-in card in September and this really fits the bill.
I love your videos and also that you include the measurement project sheet.
Thanks, I'm so glad you find it helpful!
Thanks for sharing this beautiful technique
You're welcome Cathy, I hope you get to try it.
Pretty cards!! Thank you for showing both ways to create this type of technique AND for the pdf! Have a great weekend!

This is one of my favorite techniques. I always end up trimming and trimming my banners and sometimes have to start over. 😂❤
LOL, I'm glad I'm not the only one who struggles with banners. I do love this technique as well Tammy, thanks!

Hope you had time to try this technique with DSP. It is definitely a different look!
I’ve never seen a Cardinal as I’m a West Coast gal. Enjoyed your tutorial as always, Patti.

Hi Diane, glad you will give it a try. It works great if you have nested dies like I used.

Hello Patti...I am actually watching live???
Hi Joan, no, it was pre-recorded :)
I am never happy with freehand cutting banner ends either
LOL, I keep my punch handy but it's no longer available so I figured I'd do it freehand....next time I use the punch!
