Don't ever use those exhaust locking ring tab washers All they do is allow the exhaust rose to rattle loose and wreck the thread And get those carbs balanced

Yes and the clutch adjusted, is that just assembly oil smoke, is the oil returning to the tank? I can't bear to watch him work on a Norton.
