Not for this model, it is a bare-bones entry level Chromebook.

Battery should be test on Crosh mode via command "battery_test".

The original battery would not hold a charge at all, replacement was the only option. Thanks for the hint about the crosh shell.

You forgot to screw the battery down.

There weren’t any screws holding the battery in place, just the two pins you see in the video.
