Why do Delta A320s take off at full power at Salt Lake City? I don't get it. I live near John Wayne airport and I can understand whyA320s take off at full power but why Salt Lake City?

Takeoff wasn’t full power but more than usual cause of the thinner air. SLC is about 4.5k ft so u need more thrust

Also, I noticed that the the pilots did the take off with Flaps 2
