Couple boxes of bread crumbs, box of strawberry jello and a can of cream style corn. Make a pack bait with it, put a corn pop on the hook and pack it on. Keep throwing in the same spot. The pack bait falls off the hook, the pop rises above the pile. They will find it pretty quick and a lot of them. You'll be catching tons of big grass carp.
I once won a carp fishing contest. I brought one hook, 10-12 feet of monofilament, and a bread crust. Once there I cut a branch from a willow tree for a pole. It helped me (a lot) that there was a footbridge I could fish from. It was fun!
I live in central Indiana and we have retention ponds. I thought I accidentally snagged a 40lb. Grass carp but its was in his mouth as I pulled her in closer. I was bass fishing and when I hooked that bad boy!!!!whooooohoooo

tried this method and was very successful! I caught 3 giant carps it was insane
