Thanks for the info! When i first started this a little over a year ago, i was so confused by all the liquid glue and adhesive products. As you said, I still use different types of glue for certain things. TFS!
Love this! You give such great information. I love the knowledge you share with us. You sharing your experiences with these products is super helpful and appreciated. I am looking forward to tomorrow's video. Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge with us. Have an amazing weekend!
I really appreciate that, Rose! Thank you so much for watching! Tomorrow’s video will be up at 5pm, so not my usual time. I hope you’ll enjoy the hop! Have a wonderful weekend!💖☺️
Hi Christy, Thanks for the great video on adhesives! I used to use a lot of double sided tape on my cards, but have found (since watching your videos) that liquid glue is great for adhering my images. You are so right about giving yourself some wriggle room! When placing paper on the card front, if it's crooked you have a little time to straighten it up! There's nothing worse than trying to move a piece of paper that has double sided tape on it!😬 I'm looking forward to your next video about the Copic colouring! I appreciate all your helpful tips!☺️
I’m glad you enjoyed this one! I’ve changed what I tend to use over the years, so I don’t really think there is a right or wrong, but it’s helpful to know the pros and cons of any craft supply, I think.☺️
I like that you take into consideration how much plastic waste each option produces. Not something I see a lot of in this space, and I was really wondering about this! Thanks :)
Thank you for this video Christy. It was very helpful. I have experienced the buckling you describe when using liquid glue to adhere papers at times. It's been a while since I've tried it. I wonder now if the buckling occurred when I was adhering patterned papers to a card front, i.e. the patterned paper buckled - because it was thinner. I'll need to experiment some more with that. I do love the liquid glue (Bearly Arts is my favorite) to adhere small die cuts. I'm also a big fan of the double-sided tapes - especially for interactive cards as you described. Hope you have a great week!
So yeah, I was making a LF card with LF paper and using LF glue to adhere it to my 80 pound Neenah Classic Crest stuff, and it was waving or wavy if u know what I’m talking about? And it made me so irritated! Now I’m going to use the tape roll for that kind of stuff and my glue for other things! Thanx for the wonderful information! It was a help to me ✌🏽

It can be confusing with so many products on the market! Especially for newbies. Thanks so much for watching!☺️

It’s important! We have to do what we can for this planet we call home. 💕 🌍
Thanks for all the information! I use those same glues plus Honey Bee. All work well.
Thank you so much for watching! I appreciate it!😊
This was super helpful!
I’m so glad to hear it!🙂

Thanks so much for weighing in! I love hearing other’s preferences.☺️

Yes, the 80lb isn’t quite thick enough I find for the liquid glue. Tape runner adhesive should work much better for you!😀
Didn’t not like scotch glider, I prefer glue, tear n tape (red and white), only use the removable tape runner when need!
My ATG seemed to always get gummed up. It was a pain sometimes to use. I don’t miss using it.🙂
Hugs
Thanks, Julie! Hugs back!🤗
