Yes, Private driveway is shared with the neighboring property - lots of homes in the Hills have similar access issues - this one has a very nice road though and is very super secure.

Hi JL, very difficult to find a 5,500sf home with 7 car parking spaces in the Hollywood Hills. This house actually has two large garage spaces, and driveway parking for another 4 cars out front. We'll have a search and see if we can find you something with a greater parking fit in the coming weeks - watch this space my friend!
While migration numbers do show the net movement out of California the luxury market is actually growing, with more people moving into state to purchase homes like this.

IMO the architect missed the mark with the staircase. It's the focal point as you walk in the front door. The staircase design is underwhelming.

What good is a 7 million dollar house with only a two car garage ? Sorry, at a minimum, one garage space for each bedroom or it's a no sale.
