Hello Ginger Snap Kitchen I am now seeing your video! I have never tried this dish before but this looks absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing! ❤
Absolutely delicious meal with some interesting ingredients. I loved the addition of the stuffed olives. This is very similar in style to some South American dishes i have come across, which is no surprise really with all but 2 countries being Spanish speaking. Thanks Stephanie for a wonderful dish. Take care.
yum yum Stephanie that looks incredible for sure! I've never heard of this but it does seem so so good! Looks like it's really straightforward to make too, thanks for sharing this!
Like 18 👍 hey Stephanie ❤ I checked for your premiere a couple of times before and didn't see it 😮 Anyways I am here now to taste your delicious food. Will continue to enjoy the video! Have a wonderful weekend 💐
That picadillo looks gorgeous. One of the first videos I made was a picadillo. I forgot to put garlic in it (surely a crime!) I'm sure yours is way tastier. Many thanks for sharing 🙂
We can barely pronounce Picadillo, let alone make it! It does have some unusual ingredients for a ground beef dish, for sure. But looks like it totally worked! Bravo! We'd say the Spanish version of bravo but we don't know that is. But pretend we said it anyway 😁
I grew up with delicious Picadillo. My mother's family was from different southern regions in Spain. She always made Picadillo. I used to hate capers as a child (I'd pick them out of my food) but as my taste buds matured, I grew a love for the capers. You must have capers in your Picadillo....or not if you don't like them. There are no "picadillo laws" whatever floats your boat. Add a little here, leave off a little there.....etc...... Don't ever leave out the garlic ! some sugar will cut the acidity just as in spaghetti sauce......may the force be with you all.
Looks absolutely tempting and delish. Like 40

Hey Steph, love it and add me some bread and watch me go to town on it. Hope you are staying warm in Ohio after the heat wave.
