Thank you! Great information! I’m relocating from Hampton Roads (southern VA) very soon. My mind has been made up but you have provided some food for thought. 💭 Thanks!
I would definitely live in DC over Baltimore hands down, but the food in Baltimore is some of the best in the country. Baltimore is in my top three for best food in the country.
Thinking about moving to Baltimore in a year. Everything I’ve ever heard in the past is that its unsafe, but after a lot of thorough research it turns out its actually really safe and a very nice place to live. Just like anywhere, you nailed it, crime exists in pockets… unfortunately the whole place gets labeled as a bad place to live. Same as with most places. Know the places you would and wouldn’t go and its extremely unlikely you’ll be a victim of a crime.
Im from DC and you hit this right on the money! DC is not culture city anymore, so much gentrification. Mean while for Baltimore it’s more affordable. Both cities have crime… dc just looks nice 😂 for the most part
Kinda bias towards Baltimore... Well I am going to stick with DC. Just a much better feeling overall and you really can't put a price tag on happiness. DC for the WIN!
Right, which town would you rather be mugged in? Or victim of a drive by shooting by a 12 year old with a Draco? Or car broken into every day of the week? Choose carefully.
I've lived in both places, and IMHO Washington is 100 times better than nasty Baltimore. I hated living in Baltimore, felt like a third world country to me. Baltimore rentals may be a little cheaper is about the only thing I can say good about the place.

Really enjoyed your presentation... does Baltimore have a retirement community or high risers geared towards a mixed community.
Yes! Baltimore has retirement options for buyers for sure. Are you thinking of making a move?

I'm from Baltimore maybe that's why I think DC is better to live.
I completely understand that! Thank you so much for watching!
Baltimore for cost of living.
DC for date night/fun activities
I like that idea.
DC all day
DC is a great city! Thanks so much for watching!

Definitely hasn't been my experience living in Baltimore for well over a decade, but I appreciate the comment. Thanks for watching!
DC is way too expensive and doesn’t have as much character as Baltimore. Plus Baltimore is in the perfect place…closed to DC, Philadelphia and NYC.
Yes! I totally agree! Love visiting DC, but charm city has my heart.

If you like authentic tree huggers, DC. If you like more conservative tree huggers, borderline trumpers, Baltimore.
Interesting! Thanks for watching!
Baltimore is trash 🗑
Thanks for your comment...we all have our opinions, right?!
