I run a SC as well and regeared to 488s. I stayed with 33s and intent to stay on 33s. I got it tune by ott and boy this thing goes. Very nice video and content. Nice truck.
I run 285/75/16. They say 33x10.5 on the sidewall. You cannot run these tires on stock suspension. It will need a lift and new rear leafs. The 33's will clear the rear but will rub (not body mounts) a lot off road or at a minimum, full lock. Been debating the SC. Your gearing is better matched to 35's...
My tires are 285/75r17. BFG claims 33.8" I chose to go with the 5.29 because the weight of the vehicle (approx. 6300 lbs). I also have a 3" suspension lift and the cab mount chop.
I'm running 529 and the overland torque tune as well... It's best upgrade by far! I'm running 285/70R/17. I live on the Oregon coast, my truck never sees a 65mph highway and I'm very happy with power, performance, gas mileage and if anyone wants to race the 1/8 Mile in a Tacoma come on over 😅

@@ddoghunt3471 The two best "bang for the buck" high dollar mods I have on the truck are the 5.29 gears and the power brake front disc brakes.
265/75r16 is a 31.6" tire, not 32.5" as claimed
Sorry, I just winged this video and didn't have notes.
Any before and after 0-60mph ? J/w
Sorry, I don't have that.
