Great video. I followed your instructions on a True T 72 F 3 door freezer and I heated and seals great, but, next day when restaurant opens for breakfast, the doors have gap again and I reheated, and returned next day to gapped doors. WTH? I thought maybe the magnets are weak.

The best way to replace these gaskets is to soak them in hot water first... this softness up the rib of the gaskets allowing it to pop in the track easier..Second you don't apply the heat gun with the door close, you find the areas that need to be extended out in order to seal correct, and apply a heat in those areas, and pull the gasket outward enough in order for it properly seal...
