I don’t think a lot of people realize it’s insensitive to ask when someone is going to have kids. A lot of women struggle with fertility or maybe they don’t want to start a family at all. Either way the decision is their own. Please think before asking!
I don't ask any couple about children until they bring it up since I have no idea what their situation is. Maybe the couple has fertility issues or maybe the couple doesn't want to have kids or maybe the couple had a miscarriage. Because I don't know it's safer not to ask.
If you end up wanting to stay in that apartment, contact the management. Raising your rent $700 during a national pandemic seems unrealistic and insensitive.
I think all the landlords need to not raise rents right now. Maybe even go month to month until everything settles down. Wonderful to see your smiling face! 🙂
I agree with the sentiment, I really do. However, why punish individuals who made wise investments in real estate? Seems un-American. Supply and demand is our way. This coming from a renter.

I’m a flight attendant in Charlotte and we just bought a house in September. I also am off for the month of April just taking it easy and going over things for the future. I’m 4 1/2 years with the company so also worried about furloughs. With that being said I’m keeping my upbeat attitude and enjoying my time flying and laughing with my crews.
Im a front line worker. I been working everyday since the craziness started. Now Im taking my vacation time. Now its real for me the quarantine thing. I havent left the house since last Sat.

I’m the same, first thing I do in the morning is read the news hoping for some good news. I was struggling for the past 2 years finding a job and just when I found a good job I liked in Feb, corona struck and I was laid off this month. It’s been so hard and stressful, and to be positive, worrying how I’m gonna pay my bills. You always bring a smile to my face and I hope we all come through this nightmare as soon as possible. I'm not afraid of getting covid 19 as much as I am of getting it, or having some other medical need (appendicitis or a car accident for example) and hospitals not being able to provide proper care because they are inundated with covid19. This is why we should all be doing our best to stay home!

You need to fight the rent increases. I live just down the street and over the last 5 years I’ve fought every year and pay only $150 per month more now than 5 years ago. Find other similar apartments at the same price, get info on occupancy rates in the area and average rent increases YOY. It works!! And with the current circumstances, you should be able to get no increase at all! Go get em!

We do wear masks in NY, I'm in Brooklyn and we wear masks. Thing is with masks you need to remember to keep your hands out of your face adjusting the mask and so forth. With gloves you also have to make sure to keep your hands out the face and still use hand sanitizer with the gloves on as well to keep killing the germs. WAIT, they raised your rent $500 that's crazy, I would leave immediately or make plans to buy because that's crazy.
You probably have other reasons to move to LA but as a Norwegian which is in love with snow I still can’t believe they you are moving away from snow!🤣 But anyways, you are auch an inspiring person and keep up the amazing work and. Thank you for sharing your heart with the world.

You might be better off stating in NYC but moving out of Manhattan. Your rent is way too high. Also, DCA is a great option too. There is sine good living in VA and you'd spend way less in rent. Just a thought. Love your vids.
