Back then, Dark Void hit both opponents in doubles and had 80% accuracy, which was a nightmare to fight already
To make matters worse, it's most common ability, Moody, could boost accuracy and evasion too

Hey something I think would be nice to supplement your content would be to give stats about each build - how many games a specific mon build won/lost in the course of making these videos, just to give an idea of viability!

Using a choice scarf jirachi and saying "with serene grace it's out here flinching everything. And it's both evil and funny" is one of the many reasons I love watching your battles haydunn 😂 I stopped playing competitive Pokemon in ORAS once they started doing the whole gimmick every gen thing and just had PTSD from mega kanga but never stopped watching your vids man. Great work as always, keep it up! Putting the fear of Arceus (God) into people using underappreciated/underused mons or just weird or gimmicky sets on things that noone expects (like this smeargle) and it's the best thing ever 😄

Problem with that is how much it lowers the accuracy of population bomb cause it won’t be holding the wide lens 😞

@@Killer1984able unfortunately not it only can garuntee 4-5 hits but the wide lens gives you 99% accuracy or something per population bomb hit so it’s the best choice

27:08 Body Press damage will still be cut in half. Burn halves every physical damage move unless the move or ability states other wise.
You can see that haydum is already thinking to copy that body press, curse, rest and ice shard moveset.

Tera steel annihilape rage fist.
You attack your own annihilape so that ragefist can do insane amounts of damage. But you have to use your tera to be able to hit the annihilape

Question! Does burn reduce the calculated damage on body press since it uses Defence as a switch in for Attack instead of SpDef?
Yes. They swapped Burn over to dropping Attack damage. It no longer effects the Attack Stat. It will cut Body Press.
My game had two shiny Smeargle just vibing next to each other once. Just chillin. I named them both; Vin Easel and Copypasta.
OMG no you didn't... I've GOT to see what you've done with Smeargle! I've been running it in Doubles and whats great about it is the absolute versatility! I run it with Slaking, so that it can support with Doodle/ Instruct/ Silk Trap/ Toxic Threads (latter could prolly be replaced- doesn't see as much use). I've seen Wolfe use Decorate which was SICK! And of c, can't ignore Spore and ALL the other awesome options! I love this Pkmn cause it rewards creativity!

PPS Credit to that Lapras. Rain+ Hydration would make this Curse Lapras an incredible threat! Could even use Ghost Terra to take advantage of Fight Immunity and the Curse-Ghost mechanics.
The synchronise burn on the Umbreon would have also reduced the damage of Umbreon's foul play. Definitely was the play there.
I was running a similar smeargle but on extreme speed to break trough prioritys.
You were afraid of that Torterra, and they simply gave up on that game with that Rock Blast lol
Could you try out a Tera ghost golisopod with curse to emergency exit out into a mon with shadow tag?
You know what would be busted? Pairing that new flaminco pokemon with smeargle.
Start the battle with smeargle and another mon that has that either can redirect/use wide guard or is very tanky and can reliabily redirect attacks towards it with a focus sash to guarantee atleast 2 turns of smeargle boosting.
Then swap in Flaminco and it will copy the boosts that smeargle did and now you can use stall moves on smeargle and busted attacks on Flaminco

Lovin the content, would like to see a generation pokemon challenge. Making a team per generation, assuming that some pokemon are available and if not then skip to the next gen. Could be a fun challenge run lol

On that one Colosseum in Pokemon battle revolution i had always picked Smeargle cause of his/her moveset i forgot the 4th move but strategy was Spore lock on Guillotine i sometimes just defeated the trainers with just smeargle lol it was a good one to use and usually goes first against most pokemon
