I’m hoping you decide to keep riding, because sports are over and my wife will be able to drive again in a few weeks…and I am really missing my two-wheel time! Sounds like an amazing trip! I envy ya!
Have a great journey. Just stay positive and remember to take care of yourself and sometimes we all need to take a break. Just from the videos it seems that you definitely have a passion for motorcycles and vlogging. Life is very short and all we have at the end are memories. Just take the time to look around on this ride and I hope you keep on keeping on two wheels. Be safe out their.
Everyone has to decide for themself. As long as you enjoy it, keep riding. I quit riding for quite a while due to family, work, and finances. Now, that working is mostly behind me, I found that motorcycling is a very important part of my life. Solo travel and solo camping keep me sane. I've never been to the southeast US, so that's on my bucket list.
The last 3.5 years of work took a lot of time away, and just the mental part, couldn't disconnect from it..when I did travel it was for work, so I really could do much but ride there..before that I was so broke in couldn't manage a bike trip...but I some how managed 2 of them. Southeast is humid and hot, with bugs..Gulf Coast is a sight to see no doubt, Appalachia is flat stunning, and mid-southwest Missouri/northwest Arkansas is amazing too (super old "Ozark" mountain range) Everything in between looks pretty similar haha
I am in the same boat. I have ridden all around the country. For some strange reason, I've been having anxiety about getting injured on the bike and risking all I have worked for.
Sort of crazy that you say that, I was worried about the same thing on my Utah trip a few weeks ago, sure enough I went down and reinjured my neck, I've been back home for 2 weeks? Still pretty sore
I@dimsyadventures I posted a video on my channel this morning on the topic. I was leaving on a motorcycle trip to the smoky mountains at 1am. I decided not to go. Was looking up the topic to see if I was the only person who felt like me when I found your video and channel.
@@ohiobackroads1548 there's , few trips I never took sometimes I've turned around not far from home too.. I need to make an update of my video, since theres not a part 2..

I hope you don’t quit riding my friend! But if you do, make this trip an epic one! Can’t wait to hear how it goes. Wish I could go with!
