So you’ve joined the coils together into groups of 3 to make a 12v 3 phase supply? How was it originally wired up when it was being used as a washing machine? Was it a 240v system ?

Yes it's 240 volts and all 36 coils are joined to make a 240 volts motor. I explain how they were Joined in series in one of the other videos.
