    Oh I just want to watch this & take some time to relax & try to breathe, but I’m having a doctors appointment in 35 min & other than that my head is all over the place so I don’t have time to watch more than I have now (6 min). Hopefully I’ll be able to watch the whole video later tonight! After that long explanation, what I really wanted to say is: I really enjoy your videos & I’m very grateful that I found you on here & on Instagram ☺️

    This is so lovely! The food menu is such a brilliant idea! It reminds me a lot of the DOPA-Menu, which is the same concept, but for things that increase dopamine instead of food intake. I may steal this idea for my own Hobonichi Weeks, as I think it could be incredibly helpful for me.

    I went to Scotland two summers ago and discovered crumpets and 😍😍😍 I am in love lol
    Anyways, I totally understand your meal/food feelings. It stresses me out too.
