Las Vegas is know to have some of the Best Buffets in the world, ranging anywhere from cheap to expensive, so today I want to take you to a new buffet that is the most expensive in the city, and show you all the amazing selections you can choose from. There may or may not be lobster, crab legs, prime rib, lamb, and other delicious food. Hope you enjoy!

$99 for a steak and eggs breakfast, followed by a plate of insane-quality seafood, AND dessert?? *_Count_** me in once a month!!!*
(I think I'd be doing at least 3 lobster tails.)
Btw Norma ... I had to laugh. I do my Snow Crab legs in the *_other_* direction... from the tip to the knuckle. And I use the tip to dig out all those sneaky, hiding bits from the knuckle! You definitely look like a pro eating those. So many people have no idea how to approach those and get those big juicy pieces out intact!

$100/person, about 100 people served during that once a week brunch...$10k total revenue (maybe only $3k net). I dunno if it's worth it for M Resort to put this on 😅. But looks quite nice. Customers should feel lucky

I think $99 per person is pretty reasonably priced for such a high quality seafood buffet, especially with unlimited lobster tail.

That's why you just eat lobsters and prime rib until you're full. Skip the cheap french toast and omelettes and potatoes.

Nice job on this video and the food looks great. I'll have to give it try. My only hesitation is that when I hear all you can eat buffet the goal is to eat as much as possible but in my old age I just can't get past a 2nd run and that's only in principle to justify the cost. Congrats on you success! Been on your channel for a while, the growth you've had and most of all believing in yourself in a crowded market is very impressive.

Hey Norma! As always, great review!! 👏👏👏👏 With Jonah crabs, restaurants typically cut a small slit on the shells. I couldn't tell if these had them, but if they do, stick a butter knife in the slit and twist. It will crack and split very easily. 👍👍👍👍

I missed out on the Sterling Brunch when it was around, so this could be a viable alternative.
This buffet is the closest thing to the old Sterling Brunch at the former Bally’s hotel. So pleased they’re offering AYCE lobster tail here. The Beef Wellington also looks delicious. I will reserve a spot for the chance to eat sometime in...2024? Oh well, it’ll be worth the wait.

Great job Norma! The best restaurants I've been to in Las Vegas were Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse in the Venetian Resort Hotel and the Picasso in the Bellagio. There was one Italian restaurant that was in the Venetian that believe closed since I've been there last which was a while ago. From what I can tell it looks like it's either the location Canaletto or Trattoria Reggiano, but not 100% sure which one. It was a simple one-word name like a person's first name but can't remember for sure and that was like maybe 2006 to 2007 range the last time I was there.
Hi Norma! Decadent video, it looks soooo good. Expensive but super good. I have only one Pro Tip for your bagel and lox. This from an old New Yawkah. After the schmear of cream cheese lay down some capers on the cheese. A gentle press and they stay put. If open face a leaf of lettuce on top of the stack I’d available or a few cucumber slices. That helps keep you cleaner. Yummmmm. I guess this is the new Sterling Brunch?

Norma, FYI, "fruit" is what's known as an "irregular plural". The word "fruit" without the "s" is both used to be singular and plural. Therefore, the proper usage is "fruit" if you intend to talk about one or many. An example of proper usage would be "You should eat your fruit and vegetables to remain healthy". There's no such word as "fruits". Other irregular plurals include "aircraft" where you have an aircraft carrier as a ship that holds more than one aircraft (nobody says "aircrafts carrier" for such a ship). Other examples of irregular plurals are: bread (breads is not a word), mice is the plural of mouse (not mouses), cacti is plural for cactus, indices is plural for index (not indexes), octopi is plural for octopus, spacecraft is plural for spacecraft, antennae is plural for antenna (antennas is not a word), formulae is plural for formula, etc. Your video made me hungry. I think Ill go eat some fruit and bread while riding my 3 spacecraft on my way to clean my 2 antennae and 4 aircraft and feed many cacti to my 3 pet mice. The previous sentence is completely grammatically correct by using irregular plurals the right way.

back in the 80's i went to the flamingo buffet for $3. The best meal I ever had.
Who puts gravy on French toast? If I saw that I would have GIVEN YOU THE BOOT! Lol. Great video as always. I was definitely curious about this buffet since they started it. You are the Crab Legs Connoisseur! At the other end of the Spectrum I used to catch the Buffet at Circus Circus! Not the best but I loved the fact that it was cheap and open late at night 🌉!

Awesome vide6as usual, Norma. My wife and I went to the Sterling Brunch at Bally's, which used to be the most expensive buffet in Vegas. It cost us $120 per person but did include unlimited lobster tails, crab legs and champagne. It was fantastic. Unfortunately, it closed during the pandemic. Did you ever try that buffet?
