This song he made as a troll on himself , well his old voice , the accentuating on some the words :) the lyrics he is just stating what people say about him all the time cuz he has no tolerance for dumbassery in simple terms lmao. Saraya is his long term better half :) the repetitive nature is a troll but also intentional as thst is the same crap people have telling him for ever like he has never changed or improved himself.
