Striped candy edges are honestly the best lookin in candies like this bcuz of how satisfyin it is to watch the stripes as the candy as bein formed and rolled
When we were children, my father brought an orphaned raccoon home from work whose mother had been hit by a bulldozer. We named her Rosie and raised her alongside our cat Booboo. Boo shadowed Rosie and learned to eat on her hind legs and use her two paws to eat like Rosie. Such fond memories 🥰 I'm a new subscriber from Safs video. I enjoyed your story and adorable candy.
I'm not sure how long you've been doing this, but I just noticed the little graphic of the candy design in the upper right corner that fills in as the video goes on. I love it! It's super useful, especially with a design as complicated as this one.
I’m impressed by that black coloring. I’m so used blacks being either reallly dark blue-greens or purples. That one was actually a near neutral black. That grey was perfect.
Oh man, highly reccomend this place, had the tangerine sours (honestly they nailed it) amd the lime soda candy is like you took green rivers soda and turned it into a razzle, amazing.
I just came from Safiyah's video, you guys are so talented!! I never even thought about candy being made with the same process as polymer clay canes, with the added difficulty of it being hot candy, and I love having the history lesson with it. I'll go check out the victorian candy making videos you guys have!
This is a terrific video. The combo of Uri speeding also & your narration are are a nice combo. I especially liked the animation that showed each step of the components of the design.
I love this old Victorian sugar works. In Brighton England you have stores thay sell sweets that are made the same way it was in the Victorian era its beautiful and makes me sad that all these amazing artists and people are now all gone
Really enjoyed watching this design come together, it honestly blows my mind every time how you guys figure these out. Someone special bought us some of these and they're delicious! The berry/plum/lemongrass combo is really fun.
I just saw your video on Wired and I was so incredibly moved! The work you guys do is truly mind blowing. The love and care and dedication that you put into your craft is inspiring and I really hope I can come to your country some day and visit your store. Also have endless admiration for Uri. His work is pure dedication and excellence. With lots of love and awe from Karachi, Pakistan! 🌻
This flavor is so good and I'm so happy that you had it in stock for as long as you have. Even if you don't make this particular image candy again, you have to bring back this flavor combo it's too good❤❤❤❤
Lemongrass, blackberry, plum???? What even is this combination. God i wish your candies can just fly on mach 5 across the seas here i want to try so bad
Andrew Jackson's parrot was an African Grey. They are some amazing birds. I met an African Grey once that spoke both English and Russian and was snarky in both 😂❤ I just ordered some of these, I can't wait to try them!
Long time no see; glad to see a return to form with these image candy and history videos! I’m sort of out of the loop on what happened with the Tangerine Sours; is that what they were busy with for so long? Anyone know the details?
My dad raised a raccoon, who rode standing on his shoulders on his bicycle, he caused 2 car accidents riding his bike, from people staring at him and her, not paying attention to the road, she barked like a dog, and she didnt like the mailman. She loved eggs, and she left one day and didnt come back when he let her out to potty. He raised her from a baby. Found abandoned by her mother under a propane tank.
I can't believe y'all did a video with Safiya Nygaard! I live in Tallahassee (not to far from Lofty Pursuits) and I'm a HUGE fan of Safiya! I wish I could have been there lol!
Lol the National Zoo AKA the National Menagerie 😂 I've had ducks, quail, and peafowl living in my bathroom for periods of time, it's not THAT bad 😂 they just need more space as they grow, and BOY do Pekin ducks grow!
@@LoftyPursuits 6.8 million now, that's awesome - congrats! For some reason today is the first time one has popped up on my feed... RUclips doesn't make a whole lotta sense most times!
It feels like it's been forever since we've gotten a new lofty pursuits video.
6 months since the last image condy
agreed, love these videos
Yeah, they apparently spent a long time handling the Tangerine Sours situation.

I didn't even notice it but that's super cool!
I feel like that's new, it's a very good way to help show the design
It's been there for a long time. Though they might not have it in every video.
Geez, and I thought Teddy Roosevelt was the president with the White House menagerie! But the raccoon design is adorable.
I’m impressed by that black coloring. I’m so used blacks being either reallly dark blue-greens or purples. That one was actually a near neutral black. That grey was perfect.
Funny, the greys looks really purple in the video.

i love how it seems like everyone who makes candy has their own sort of style and flair to it! great video!
Mmmm lemongrass, plum and blackberry sounds delicious. Nice combo of flavours.
The background music and the story of Rebecca the raccoon were both so wonderful. I cried a little bit when she got sent away to the National Zoo.

I love seeing how these edible pieces of art are made, you all are Awesome!
the wrap reminds me of Everton mints here in UK. Black and white striped mints with a chewie caramel center. Great video!

Andrew Jackson's parrot was an African Grey. They are some amazing birds. I met an African Grey once that spoke both English and Russian and was snarky in both 😂❤ I just ordered some of these, I can't wait to try them!
This is art meets science. How on Earth can they make that big roll of black white and gray candy look like a raccoon's face when it is cut?
Here from Safiya’s video ❤️
That was mouthwateringly Amazing, So glad I found you!!!
Missed these videos! These look adorable!
