Awesome!. 👊🏽, Mountain biking is an amazing sport. The 1st climb from the parking spot it's not bad, about 40-50 minute climb. The climb back to the car is abit longer, they're not steep just long fire roads. Definitely give it a try, Demo Forest is an amazing place!..🤟🏽

I usually just do one. I would recommend flow trail, the climb back to the top is long, but if you got the lung’s go for it..🤟🏽
