Hey Everyone, Check out this super easy and delicious recipe for my take on this Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese Stuffed Turkey Leg inspired by The Turkey Leg Hut of course!!

Ingredients:
Smoked Turkey Legs, Cooked
Butter, 1 Stick, Sliced
1-2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1-2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Aluminum Foil
Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese:
Roux:
4 oz. Butter
4 oz. Flour
1 Quart Heavy Cream, Half & Half or Milk
1 Box Jumbo Elbow Macaroni
4 oz. Medium Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Smoked Gouda Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Creamy Melt Mozzarella Cheese
1-2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
1-2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1-2 tsp Morton Season-All
1/2 Ib. Large Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined, Tail-On
2 tsp Blackened Seasoning
2 Tbsp Butter
Garnish: Fresh Chopped Parsley 1-2 tsp
