Ingredients!!!
16 oz. Box Elbows Pasta,
2 cups whole milk
1 pound of crab meat
1 lb. cleaned and deveined shrimp
1 cup for Mexican cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup Colby Jack cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder.
4 ounce sour cream
To season the shrimp and crab meat
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
Crab and shrimp 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1 teaspoon creole seasoning 1 teaspoon obey seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder

OMG made this dish yesterday minus crabs. I doubled up on shrimp. It was so delicious. And I'm not a big cheese eater. I ate 2 servings. I cooked spicy cajun turkey necks to go with it. Delicious!

Best seafood Mac I’ve seen yet! I love how you add seasonings in at different points in cooking to layer flavour! I like to add EXTRA STRONG mustard powder to my cheesy roux, it makes the cheese flavour pop like coffee does to chocolate

I didn’t have all the ingredients but I’ve decided to make it anyway and it was so good that I nearly cried. Can you imagine? This looks delicious! I have a question though, I have precooked frozen shrimp, do I just season it and cut them up and add them into the Mac and cheese without recooking them? I don’t want it to be overcooked.. Or should I just go ahead and get raw shrimp
I know you were asking her but I wouldn't use pre cooked. They have a tendency to be tough when you try to reheat them. They tend to used more for a cocktail or dishes that don't require warming.

Maybe you could add the presentation shrimp to the top of the dish about three minutes before it’s done or however long it would take to cook those shrimp to perfection.

I added the last presentation shrimp the last 2 minutes of the bake. I found rubber and shrimp were the result of cooking shrimp 23 minutes.
