- This last Halloween season we got to go Halloween home decor hunting at Disney world's the Haunted Mansion gift shop, Memento Mori of all places! I was able to add some amazing pieces to my growing Haunted Mansion home decor collection and today, I'm going to show you all of it! Some day I hope Voltaire actually makes his own Halloween collection, he has amazing gothic home decor taste and knows good quality, it would be a instant hit. And I feel like you'd be hard pressed to find someone who loves gothic home decor who doesn't know of Voltaire.

The Haunted Mansion has always been my favorite gothic aesthetic 💜💜💜 I love this!!
You got some really pretty stuff there you two. ✨💜💜✨ My faves are: The 2 beautiful auto lighting candles at the end, the reversible throw, the hour glass and the dinner bell. (in that order) Very nice indeed!
I love how hideous and warped in every sense those gargoyles are. I feel like they never go far enough with a lot of gargoyle decorations. Or they never have any character to them and they are just ugly in the sense that I don't want to buy or display them. Like they look too cheap or tacky. It's fine line, but I know where it is when it hits right. I hope disney does more with those gargoyles as well as merch for their TV show Gargoyles. I want a beauty and the beast statue of Elisa and Goliath. And maybe a print of Fox and Eric in their costumes.
I really just want Abigail Larsons little cute gargoyle demon things as statues and part of other decor items honestly.

Every home, whether gothic or non, needs at least one mug large enough to devour the other, normally-sized mugs.
If you photo copied the sheet in the frame and then cut out the words, you could put a photo in with the haunted mansion design surrounding the photo. Just a a thought.
Really appreciate the effort by having a real showcase with a little set for the items. Everything was great but with the haunted mansion mug you think you could just paint over the one obvious logo. I hope for more hauls in the future always a fun video. Props to Disney for making quality items and putting real thought into their products. Sometimes it just feels like a cheap cash grab but these were amazing.
Funnily enough, it was a video someone had made with Disney footage (specifically, of Dr Facilier) laid over When you're Evil, that first got me interested in your work, good Sir! That was about a decade ago by now, and I've enjoyed myself here ever since.

Aww haunted mansion mug + blanket r so gorgeous 😁. I luv decor of the Mansion and loved Tower of Terror hotel entrance spooky foyer but shop never sold any (not that i could take it all on the plane home anyway lol). Luv u guys 💜🦇
I may not be goth or into scary stuff, but Voltaire has such a fun and wonderful feel to his flavor of goth. Like he feels like a friendly vampire who throws monster mash parties.

I went to Disney back in June and sadly the haunted mansion attraction was closed but the workers said my outfit looked like I could be apart of the crew! It was the beat compliment 🥺 I was dressed in my summer friendly goth attire of course!!
Also the tower of terror has wonderful haunted mansion/nightmare before Christmas merchandise!!

The 1st Theme Park I Ever Visited was King's Island in Cincinati, Ohio. I Went There with My Mum, My Aunt and Her Ex Girlfriend Back in the Mid 2000's.

I was at WDW on Hallowee in 2016,you know what is was nice but they started to get the Christmas things out 🙄. I always volunteer, I always get out.😩. No picture of you turning into à happy haunt? I could not live without mine .

This channel is a masterpiece... Can't believe how much it reminds me of what I want my life to be like
Back in the day, Disneyland had a genuine antique store. And in the 90s, New Orleans Square had a gift shop named Le Bat en Rouge which had a great variety of gothic merchandise. At some point, both spaces became filled with nothing else but Disney tchotchkes and souvenirs. But I remember when.
That’s my favorite DWShop too! 2 years ago I regret not buying a haunted mansion felt wreath… if you see it and you love , you just have to buy it!!! But also check Disney Springs too!!! Best of all, check out the RUclipsrs who go to special consignment/thrift stores where Disney sells all their props!!! Including uniforms, art and pieces from rides!

Hmm, you know speaking of Disney stuff. There's this store near me which sells a bunch of nerdy stuff. One thing they have is ABYSTYLE's enchanted rose statue, based on the one from Beauty and the Beast. It's a bit flat (color-wise). Maybe I should buy it, and repaint it?
I'm super jealous seeing this. When I went to Disneyland in October back in 2015, the Haunted Mansion had gotten a restyle into a Nightmare Before Christmas themed version for the Halloween-to-Christmas season that covered up most of the original designs and had a whole different script. Looks like Disney World doesn't follow in those footsteps.
Also, I don't remember seeing anything on par with the items here; I would've jumped at the chance for that music box and the candelabras. I'm all about fancy, interesting boxes, and anything that will hold a candle.
Ah I adore Haunted Mansion! My favorite item that I own is the gargoyle wine cork, it's all metal and beautiful. Then my 2nd favorite item is the matching purse. LOL. Also has the metal goyle and inside the haunted mansion wall-paper.

Hi Voltaire. Hey, I wanted to tell you that I really enjoy your videos and what not. I also want to apologize. I haven't gotten to see much Billy and Mandy. In fact it's hard for me to even think about watching it. It unfortunately brings back bad memories. An old "friend" of mine, (I use the term loosely), who, among many others, petitioned Cartoon Network to get the show running, ruined the show for me, as he liked to beat and abuse me, sometimes even, when the show was on, back in the day. And I know you would never approve of that kind of behavior, and I'm sure hearing this disappoints you very much. But man I sure would like to meet you someday and just spend the day hanging out and talking.

My favorite time of year in Disneyland! And Haunted Mansion especially. Christmas time is nice too and the smell of sugar cookies in its a small world and the dancing scene in Haunted Mansion. I could live in the Haunted Mansion. hehe...Halloween favorite time of year of course. I have that black & purple coffee mug too and it stays on my Keurig with my Jack Skellington kitchen decor. Kindaaaa disappointed the music box didn't play, "ghostly music box", which is the song you hear as you stand in line for the ride.....
My algorithm knows me far too well. Just sitting here in bed, fresh from my trip to Florida to get my Disney on and see Voltaire... when boom, this video pops up on my feed!
Incidentally, when I was there last, I ran into Alice in Wonderland. She was curious about what else I was going to be getting up to on vacation, so I told her it was my last day at Disney, but I had a ticket to attend Voltaire's concert the next night. When she asked me who Voltaire was, I hesitated and replied, "He's a musician that I... sort of know... I guess?"
Seeing my hesitation, the Mad Hatter jumped into the conversation with a mischievous grin and declared, "The most important question, my dear, is... does he like tea?" Alice's eyes lit up, and she eagerly asked, "Yes, yes, does your 'sort of friend' like tea?" Caught off guard, I stammered, "Um... I don't know, actually. I've never asked him before...?"
Alice responded enthusiastically, saying, "Oh, you absolutely must find out! If he does like tea, would you invite him to our tea party?" And then the Mad Hatter joined in, going on about how they would love to have a musician at their next tea party.
I promised Alice I would find out... only to completely forget when I saw Voltaire perform in St Augustine the next day... and now I'll never know if he likes tea, noooooooooooooooo... but the invitation from Alice and the Mad Hatter still stands. Oddly enough, Voltaire did mention the Witch's Brew after the show, so... maybe I got my answer?

Idk about anyone else, but we had a terrible decor hunt this year. None of the regular places had much of anything... No new items... and we started in September. It was so extremely disappointing.

I've done the Mickey's not so scary halloween party a few years ago and will again next week. Tickets sell out fast for a reason - its a fun time at the "magic kingdom" and everyone gets to wear costumes. Its a blast.
