I know folks on the glutide who tellin y'all they dieting. While that may be true, some are gettin the boost from the injections, but aren't sharing (for reasons only known to them). So! Yea - I'm always happy to share, because if you can afford it/get it covered and are a candidate for it - GO FOR IT! It helps. Plus you know I still diet and exercise, because muscle definition is paramount for me! hugs!

First of all--- Yassssss!! I'm two years post op tummy tuck and lipo. I am JUST now getting some type of feeling past my belly button. And..I am also doing Semi. Game changer! Down 30lbs in six months. Everyone is different but bay-bee I will pay for it. You look goodT!❤
Same about 2 yrs post op and have some numbness under my belly button but becomes very handy for that once a week semi shot 😝

Thank you for your candid commentary regarding your post surgery journey. I had the mini tummy tuck 3 months ago and the belly button freaked me out. I called my doctor about 4 weeks after and he explained what I was seeing was normal . . knew 2 others women who had same surgery but could not explain that nor the numbness. So thank you!

I had a mini tummy tuck 3 years ago as a 50 year old and it was the best decision of my life! I wish I had done it in my 30's or 40's...I could have been living my best life sooner! Like you, I had a small waist but my belly protruded from the muscle separation. At 3 years later, my lower belly is STILL numb, so that is not going away. But it was worth it! If I had your hips....I would be living my best life even more! You look so good 👏🏾👍🏽

i was on mounjaro for about a year and a half and lost over 80lbs. i paid a $15 copay because the manufacturer had coupons to cover the cost. also some insurances pay so check your insurance before shelling out your own money

Glad found your chanel. Thank you for your honesty about your body journey. I have started to notice body changes, weight gain despite not changing any thing diet, exercise wise, so know it's the age (37 years, perhaps started the pre-menopause, as it tends to start in mid 30s). Honestly been thinking about the injections to help if after 1 years the weight is still an issue.
If I had to guess, I would think that ab exercises like crunches and situps will place a lot of pressure on the internal stitching that was done on the abdominal muscle to bring them back together. That’s probably the reason why they advised against it. Exercises like planks, and those standing knee lift With weights are better anyway for the function of the abs. They work the deeper abs that are responsible for stabilizing your core. ❤

I’m not talking about haters, I’m talking about people who love you. I’ve seen a few people that have lost way too much weight to the point that they look sick and frail. Hi, great video. I got the advice from my doctor that using something that vibrates like the electric tooth brush or massage gun on the numb areas of the body can help reactivate the nerves but you have to use it 30mins daily.

New to your channel, I was about to reach thru the screen and push the needle in myself lol. I’m on Tirz and scared of needles, watched a RUclips and my hand was shaking but went right in (I do thigh). I have been doing 2.5 and I’m not going up since it has been working so well which also saves money. Only side effect is fatigue… and zero hunger lol. Need to fuel these workouts though! I take it Tuesday afternoon and try to eat more Monday night and/or Tuesday morning (like a bagel and cream cheese or something) to help any possible side effects and that I’m not hungry at all for days… I look forward to following!

I'll be 1 year next month. Tummytuck and lipo 360, and yes, still tight. I think I'm in the weight gain stage 😂 I was 182 lbs. before surgery after surgery, I got down to 173 I'm. Now 191, but I've put on more muscle.
Please could you do a body cream/lotion review for dark skin. I have been struggling to find a moisturizer that glows my skin and maintain my complexion.
I had all the same work minus the Lipo 360.. side note wish I did while I was under 😝 but yes core is always tight any time I stretch upward and had my procedures two years ago.

I kept saying "the needle is tiny, the empty spot in the syringe will not go away by hitting it with your nail 🤣, and roll the bottle first then hold the vial up and pull the medicine down. I wanted to tell her to go to her primary provider and let them walk you through your shot the first time. It was still fun to watch. She was clueless 😕 😆 🤣

You look great! I think you were not drawing yur meds correctly, just by listening to you and not watching the video. I use tirezeptide and it works great! I lost 22 lbs in 2.5 months. I just started back using it just for maintenance. Your doctor is charging too much! I pay $350 for a two month supply. It can be shipped to you in one day. I’m surprised your doctor didn’t go over this with you. I can give you the person I use (she’s a PA in OK) and she once owned the this med spa. I live in Dallas and I received my vial the next day.

What do you recommend for keloid scars?
Oooh - my understanding is that it can happen to any of us and that even with steroids, they can reappear. So… I’ve left them alone and they are flattening slowly. They’re still apparent, in general, but not nearly as raised. I’m ok with them!

This is something i want to do soon. Breast lift and lipo... I've had 4 C-section so my stomach muscles are obliverated 🫤. New subbie and I'm going to watch your videos throughout your journey. I will let them know that my famiky has a history of keyloids. I had keyloiding after my 4th C-section but my doctor went in months later and removed the scar tissue so now my scar is flat and barely noticable. Can't wait to watch my next video. Side note i had lasik surgery on my eyes.. best decision ever!!
