- Cain is a new band that you may not be familiar with just yet. I really like what they do a lot, but I did notice something disturbing about the name of their band.

Just seen this interview. Been listening to Cain for a couple of weeks now and Rise Up is one of my favourite songs and got me on the right path. Listen to it every day.

Yes , a lot of people say the same , I think they should change that name CAIN, it has a bad and negative meaning and theirs music is awesome.
I thought they were named after Cain in the Bible I thought what the heck not realizing that was their last name im like oh okay sorry pastor cause I was upset but my pastor said no not Cain in the Bible family name

Cain real name in Hebrew is actually Qayin. Hopefully that's a relief. 😉
The guy in the band is highly suspect though. Why is he wearing a nose ring? Don't no real man wear a nose ring like that...that's highly suspect.
And even if Cain was a family name, I would STILL deny that and use another name IF I'm doing all for the glory of God.
These guys are highly suspect and shouldn't be trusted.

This is a very helpful video, Cain is theor family name! Duh! Not only is cain the first murderer but he's the first murderer of people doing godly things, he's the archetype (symbol) of the world that seeks to get their worth out of the ground (the world), kill those that get their worth from God and seek to kill and silence all those that propagate the truth that value and love comes from God. Kill so that your system of worth triumphs over God's system of worth, just what the world (and those in the church walls) still do around us to this day constantly. So yeah, pretty much the worst person in the bible. Great song though!
CAIN killed ABEL. The first murderer. That says a lot about the band's name.
