The bad is only as strong as it's drummer. As one, I know first hand. So many others have said the same, The Police, Foo fighters.... This guy is next level drum ninja. The perfect match of technicality and musicality

I saw them at Leeds Festival maybe 20 years ago. Fantastic to hear these guys again, they're sounding great!

@@user-ll9bq8hv3s He’s an incredible player so that’s a silly thing to let ruin it for you. They began as a Primus cover band so that alone speaks volumes about his abilities.
@@ScottAndersonYT no shot really ? Just started getting into AAF deeply but Primus is my #1. It all makes sense.
The backing vocals provided by the guitarist were so off at times, as were his random solos.
Alien Ant Farm hit the big time so briefly. Wish they were still as big now as they were as they were damn underrated then and have stuck in my playlist still all these years later. Amazing vocalist!
They were missing the original bassist for sure

Alien Ant Farm had a lot of trouble at their peak because they signed with Dreamworks and the label soon went defunct. I think it caused issues since they didn't have a label and its money supporting them after putting out Truant. Also, I think their best backing vocals were from the old bassist Tye Zamora
@@joeman5220 Not to mention the mental toll of the 02 tour bus crash :( Really did have a lot going against them but still managed to put out amazing work with Truant and UiTA

Great set! Wish I'd caught it at the time. A few lesser heard tracks in there, and the guys seem to have freshened up their act a bit. That long build up to Attitude was sick.

Super underrated band, wish someone bigger would bring them back to the limelight so they can get a voice couch to help improve the rough spots, we know what his vocals are capable of, but I think just haven't been performing that much has left their performance a little rusty.

Tyler Tremblay Yea, unfortunately those Sumerian bastards or "BVB's management guy" put a first strike on this account that I've owned for almost 15 years now. I've uploaded all kinds of material including this one and have never amongst that time have had an issue with copyright strikes as long as I would mention that I do not own the material in any way, and many videos years ago I didn't even need to state that and I was fine. The video has gotten lots of traction and those greedy assholes didn't want anyone else to see the pre-recorded show unless they paid prior. I told them everyone including myself already paid for the ticket and thought it was only fair to upload and give everyone a chance to see the performance. I've also requested to remove the strike but he didn't reply. Answering your question, I don't believe there is a way to transfer the files now. I've heard of a backdoor method where you could share a clouded file transfer through a shared account but for the safety of any party it isn't necessarily recommended. I deeply apologize for the removal and regret to inform I am powerless to do anything about it. Again, thank Sumerian/BVB's legal team for ruining the fun for everyone. If they come out with a paid Blu-ray copy, don't buy it lol. Thanks for the sub. 🤙🏼

Terry Corso (the guitarrist), and Mike Cosgrove (the drummer) are here and are also original members.
yeah the only non original member is the bassist, the original left to take care of his son i think
@@WaifuActual- Tye (the original bassist) left the band for differences with the others members, i think, around fall 2013, or the beginning of 2014. Tye formed a band called \'mek\ after that. Now is dedicated to their family, as you can see in their Facebook.

Matt I did, and it was uploaded instantly but got my first copyright strike after using and uploading streams from this service (RUclips) for almost 15 years. Sumerian/BVB manager wankers thought it would be cute to remove all my BVB material just so they could reupload it themselves with implemented ads. I had several convo threads about it, everyone who knew I uploaded it first are totally pissed. My deepest apologies.

@@DwightLivesMatter Well, I covered that in my comment but let me clarify it for the layman. Sure it put them on the map. But as time went on, it was clear that there was so much more to AAF then a cover. Unfortunately, due to said cover song the rest of the AAF material gets overlooked. People just come to hear Smooth Criminal not realizing how good this band really is.
@@richardjohnson9193 I think they look at it like their crown jewel even though the rest of the music counts as the foundation in which people may live. It’s sad that they are tied to this song but it’s the only way they are staying relevant. It’s what makes them more popular than almost every alternative band to come
Out of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. I hate it too but it’s a survival mechanism at this point. I digress, truant is one of the best albums ever made
@@andrewtucker2782 I understand your frustration to an extent, but that's with every band. Whatever was their staple is what they generally have to follow for life to keep the fans engaged. Sometimes I do wish they would have more independence and not just seen as a cover band, but it is what it is I suppose. I'm just glad they haven't disbanded entirely altogether after all these years, 90's and early 00's artists are dropping like flies nowadays sadly. I'll take anything I can get, especially when it comes to anniversary material.
Watching beautiful people get old is heartbreaking.... He's fat and slow now. I'm only a few years younger than the singer, and am thankful I've aged very well.
