I see Variant/USXPRESS haven't changed much. I had the time of my life at the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas for orientation..... Had a great time. They tried to take my innocence 🤣🤣 But I joined team C on the Variant account.... And managed to put 1 year together with them. Got to 3 days after my 1 year anniversary, and had to go off on a dispatcher through text on the tablet at 6am in the morning in West Virginia.... They said they was gone route me to Tennessee, I said no, You route me home..... I dropped they shit off in Olive Branch and Never looked back‼️ We sacrifice too much while they sleep, we work too hard while they sit back and watch, and we don't even make what they make, or get the benefits they get. We already get a shitty deal. You don't have to be disrespected and treated like shit in the process

I said, "I don't do Meetings, if you gone "Route" me anywhere, you route me Home!! They sent me a Load from Shelbyville, KY, going to Fort Worth. I live in Little Rock. I drove they shit to Little Rock, moved out. Then, I drove it back to Olive Branch. They tried to tell me I couldn't drive home, I was only "allowed" to drive to Olive Branch. I said Ima drive where tf I wanna drive. Yall just worry about the Load. I got the rest🤣 They really thought they were gone try to hoe me. And they had to pay me for the miles because it was technically on route on the Load I was on.

Making 900 after taxes, 401k contributions, and medical and dental. Job so easy I got a second one for the weekend. Work smarter not harder😊
