Sorry, I've already returned the Chemical Guys light. Just imagine the the swirl light video I showed, but only showing 1% of the swirls. On second thought, maybe more like 0.1% ... The WalMart light would be the same but with 0.2% of the swirls ...
@@CliffsGarage I’ve had a lot more luck using Adams personally although I would stay away from the rubberized brushes whoever they outsourced for them needs to be spanked with em wayy to stiff like the wheel brush is to stiff for me to consider using on my tires or plastic let alone my wheels 🤦♂️ but every other product I’ve gotten from them has been top shelf have had ceramic coating on my car for over a year and still repells water like the day I applied
@@CliffsGarage fyi the light that resembles this one from adams actually does work and the magnet is extremely strong I’m honestly afraid it’s going to brake the clip off one of these days when I go to pull it off some metal
Chemical Guys are experts at marketing to the detailing community. They're not experts at detailing or producing quality detailing products.
Can you show us the difference of how the swirls get seen with the chemical guys and with the 6 dollars light

So the Chemical Guys special light for detecting swirls is just a 2 Way Flashlight with low strength magnets?
Yeah ... that's a pretty accurate synopsis ...
@@CliffsGarage what about the adams one that looks similar ?! I seem to have great results with mine but haven’t tryed competition
@@zaceryhammond1144same luckily i got the adams one in a mystery kit but works pretty well for me
Everything from CG sucks!
Astro or scangrip! Pick your poison, both work but astro's a lot cheaper. Good video 👍
Rupes?
OMG, it was killing me to see the light swing around on the paint. Metal on paint
Not metal. You can stop hyperventilating.
@@CliffsGarage At 5:13 you said it's stainless steel. Swinging around on that beautiful Porsche paint! 😳
I love the intro
They are definitely not the best brand. It’s totally average and confusing with a lots of products. They just wanna sell
Everything from chemical guys is over advertised under achieving
You won't find me arguing with you on that ...
