Great exercises-thank you... been doing it for some time however the timeline is my weak point.. Had arthrofibrosis surgically removed after not walking for 3 months post injury. Still have no acl and with muscle atrophy my quads are still in "baby stage" 3 months post the first surgery... Lack of acl stops me too😕😕😕
I am unable to single leg squat what I have to do for this exercise, I am able to do double leg squat at high box without pain but I go through medium or lower box ,then I feel pain what I have to do for this.
thanks for asking. many people struggle if they havent developed enough quad bulk. Many patients benefit from staying at a hig box whilst simultaneously doing open chanin knee extension exercises to help get their bulk back. if you need help make sure you consult a physiotherapist.
@@AxeRugby sir ,. You are also best physiotherapist so I have no need to ask any query to another physiotherapist .your explanation method is very good ,keep for welfare so that people can become pain free.
Hey mate, as soon my patients have weight bear clearance and have their leg straight (100% straight) when standing ill go for some single leg balance work or modified balance work.

How long after surgery it is safe to do single leg balance ?

Hi mate,I did my ACL surgery 8 months ago but I feel pains in my knee and I feel some noise when I try to change direction,do you think is normal
My range of motion is good but when I go hard for my feet to touch my butt so I feel pains abit,is it normal?
Get your knee assessed, more often then not quads strength is lacking 100%
